In CS:GO you have to use playdemo demoname command. The other option is demoui command, which allows you to load demo using GUI and also FF your demos.

Yeah, but ticking is so much louder than defuse sound and I think they should be equally loud, because you would know when you are staying close enough to hear the defuse sound... Of course it's CS...
