I'm not expecting to get 500+ fps it's just I know that I should be getting more than 250, and I'll remove the launch options and try that, thanks

Launch options are set and the average now is 250, train goes down to 150, I know I should be getting more because I was just playing with friends and my pc is better and they are getting 300-500 fps....
