The point is to prevent installing the hack, not so much hacking itself. The hack can't just come out of nowhere, so if we monitor everything the players do, it becomes impossible to hack.

The idea is to have a DESKTOP recorder. It doens't even need to record in game. But generate a video of EVERYTHING that is done in windows, so we can see what files are executed.
