FINAL INFO: There will not be HLTV. GreatFrag will exclusively be streaming the rest of the event. We apologise for this, but there is nothing we can do about it.

Fucking joke that there's no HLTV.. Not everyone wants to listen to a guy who doesn't have any clue about CS what so ever and just screams the same four lines over and over again and misses all the action.
Organizers, you are a joke. Thanks for ruining the rest of the event for me and probably others, I was really looking forward to fnatic - Na'Vi.

Not at all, he is obviously what a lot of casuals want and I respect that - however, having an official stream (the only way to watch) with a niche that not everyone enjoys is a joke.

Yeah, that's the thing. Rahim provides no insight what so ever and has a very niche style of casting, not the traditional one that most enjoy. And having an official stream (the only way to watch) with a niche that not everyone enjoys is a joke in my book.

So? I just said that if you're going to have _ONE_ way to watch the game, it can't be a frikkin niche stream. Offer a HLTV so everyone can watch exactly how they want to or have a proper traditional sportcasting-style stream.

"Fucking joke..." - exactly what I thought after reading the announcement.
Last tournament and we can't watch HLTV...
Casters rarely select the right players to spectate, cause they're busy talking about some crap...

Well, you never know how it could've been if it was played in MR5.
In PG vs. k1ck there was 5 overtimes and in p2p vs. anexis there was 6 overtimes.
So I guess first one is just longest match in 1.6 and last one is longest MR3 match in 1.6

guys you keep forgetting that OverDrive hasnt been playing on a professional level for years now...so, keep that in mind...For a person like him it's a not bad performance at all...

i know, it excuses him on personal level. but it doesent help the team in any way. but im shure the players not blaming him like many members here. if they do theyre not professional.

Being the caller he played the "sniffing around" role and can't be blamed for not fragging much. He called some very impressive rounds every now and then, as did BERRY for Anexis.

P2P has 2 good awpers which can play a huge role on Train. Nuggi is a good awper but not solid at all, as you could see on his CT side on inferno during the regular time, he got like 2 kills during the half. Also P2P has more flux in their execution, they have some strong aggressive trats unlike Anexis. Hope to see another 5 overtimes :D

The last bo3 I saw that was this close was tyLoo vs. Lions back at MSi Beat It 2010 (also a 3rd place decider) and had a total of 124 rounds played. A 2nd OT-win on train is enough to beat that.
Anyone know of bo3 that went on even longer? I'm curious now..

I'm pretty sure DH has always had bigger spectators on 1.6 than that GO event you brought up here. Comparisson has to be fair. Besides, that was the final match. Compare it to DH Winter, I'm sure fnatic vs Lions had much more specs than those 15k.

Then again you have to keep in mind this is among the last tourneys in 1.6 and the last game for Neo. Considering the amount of "1.6 4EWAHH <3<3<3<3<" posts and the hate towards GO the amount of spectators is miniscule

Please, don't mix a fair comparisson I proposed with some stupid hate spam courtesy of those retards at the forums that you mention (who btw compared to real mature people, are miniscule)
Finals at DH happened in both games, we can compare that. But we can't compare this match with any GO match until it "dies" as people says these days, since that would be the only fair comparisson for both games.
As I don't mind comparing games like the guy above, I'll keep watching this one since that's what I enjoy.
Have a nice day. Long life Counter Strike.

My point was just the fact that we still keep getting those "1.6 4ewa" GO haters and they don't even watch the game anymore.
And of course we can compare this to GO, 1.6 is legendary where GO is brand new and still GO gets more views. Point being that maybe the diehard 1.6 fans should actually join the stream and not just troll around forums.
How is the golden days of 1.6 in any way a fair comparison to this game?

I said we can't establish a fair comparisson between both games in this particular situation. The golden days of 1.6 are still far ahead in terms of spectating numbers, which is what the user above pointed out wrongly. I don't mind honestly. But if we are going to put a comparisson it should be fair. Ofc. I run faster than a guy without legs, but it isn't a fair comparisson, it remains useless.
And please don't mix fans with trolls. I really enjoy 1.6, I don't think GO is THAT bad (like CSS when it came out) therefore if the big tournaments continue with CS:GO I'll follow it just because I like watching all my favorite players, those from 1.6.

Your name is Weed / Stoner / 420 / Ganjaman. All mean the same damn thing. That in itself is annoying. Rahim brings comedy and does know the areas, strats and players. So yeah, i.imgur.com/hauCt.jpg .

Dude like I have said a hundred times my nick is a joke. Rahim is a funny guy, never said he isn't. But he can't spectate the game, simple as that and it's annoying when you don't have hltv

As a commentator he is good, he's funny and quite passionate. He commentates with emotion which is great.
But like I said before, when they have the exclusive on this they should have gotten someone with him with a deeper knowledge of the game who can spectate the crucial action.
Rahim keeps using the overview on cause he has no idea whats going on and he keeps missing most of the action by just switching around players.
I'm happy to see the game and enjoy the commentary but since there's no hltv it's appropriate to complain about bad spec

all of them were good but in my view LOMME or RAALZ who saved a lot of important rounds and Nuggi in the ends.Personaly my mvp vote goes for LOMME.
Was an epic match for sure!
