I'm already 4/4 tonight, but anything can happen in this match. NiP are pretty safe in the 2nd place and all they gotta do is not lose by a 20+ round difference in total to stay there. Gamers2 can still jump over FaZe and reach the 3rd place though if they somehow win this match, so they will be motivated. I think Gamers2 will actually win this one, but NiP will win a map at least. G2 will gain nothing from this match. If they win the head to head comparison still go to faze over them. On the other hand if nip win they will be pass faze and be automatically qualified at rank 2. The ranked 3 to 6 having to fight it out to guess who is eliminated afterwards.

Ok so let me guess, All my thought are based on the fact that if G2 win, then the winner between Faze/G2/NIP will be designed by round average. If not the case, then you can skip my comment. If this is qualifying by round average, then nip is +62 and G2 +21 This means, for me, that NIP is NOT qualified at the moment. If G2 managed to win the whole match with +21, then G2 will qualify. For instance, if G2 win both maps 16-6 and 16-5, this will be a total of +21. This will bring G2 to +42 and NIP to +41, and G2 qualify. Of course a 16-5, 16-6 wreck is probably not gonna happen, but it STILL is possible. Even more possible if players dont know about the rules, which seams to be the case, as nobody seems to be sure at this moment. NIP could think they are already qualified. Even the casters claimed they are qualified. This is not the case for me. If G2 is aware of this rule, then for instance if they win the first map 16-5, and are about to win the second one, leading 15-14 for instance, they shall DROP the game and loose 16-14, and hope to wreck NIP 16-3 on the last map. But I won't bet that CSGO players are enough smart to got this far. Am I wrong?

Of course right now. NaVi is shitty (had trouble beating F3, lost vs VP, etc) so they are playing on a Tier 2 level. Astralis = joke, did not get out of groups previous LAN whereas G2 would have won it if they won like one more pistol vs LG. (one more pistol on a BO5) NiP is close in level with G2 but G2 is better (NiP lost to FaZe for example). NiP is the team (in the 3 you talked about) who is the closest from G2's level but still not as good. NaVi and Astralis are clearly under G2 right now.

No. But G2 finished second of a LAN with LG, NiP, Fnatic, Astralis (not NaVi but G2 would have beaten NaVi if NaVi played like they're playing right now) and probably only lost the final because of bodyy's inexperience on top international LANs. Extremely close BO5 vs the best team in the world, and they lost both pistols on Inferno and still got to OT. There is a difference between one game (your ENCE example) and G2 who almost won a 500k+ LAN + good streak of games online.

I'm for ratings changing quickly, not for the HLTV's system which allowed VP to stay like 6th during months and months of really bad play because of past achievements. You don't even know what happened dude, it was just good played from G2 and they caught GT offguard. It wasn't because of just aim, it was more of how the three guys moved down the ramp, especially shox that really fucked it up for GT with his fast sideway move. It can still work, but the thing was that it looked like G2 did read that GT could have autosniper that round. And they did a really good anti-strat to it.

G2 really did read that GT could have a autosniper they did the best thing you can do against it, go down three people and split all up. Shox is just doing a great fucking move that catches GT offguard =D Shox was first down when GT saw his feets, then shox quickly rushes left towards the wall and then ScreaM and smithzz comes down directly when shox moved sideways.

I think both teams played well, but G2 played better. G2 was on fire, NiP was NiP. Really sexy csgo but lost all pistol rounds except one. I think two pistol rounds was a flawless win for G2 ? Anyhow, G2 played crazy good cs and NiP played good cs. Not crazy good but good. Pyth was awping real good too

their pistol strats were really dumb.They picked close range fights against glocks and long range fights agsint usp's. they were better than g2 on gun rounds ,but they lost that round against deagles and p250s .

I am happy that Nip wasn't out-strated much in gun rounds. Being out-aimed against G2 is not that bad as G2 is in this crazy awesome form right now.
