MVP PK is probably one of the worst asian top teams on anti ecos, it happens everygame, and most of the time not once a game, two or three times isn't unusual. I know asian teams in general are shit vs anti ecos, but MVP PK takes the prize and share it with the mongolz.

Nah this isn't a throw. They just can't play vs pistol forcebuys. It cost them the game on cache, and here they were up 7-1 when they had already lost the second round to a forcebuy, got back and took the lead 7-1, lost to another tec 9 round and went down 7-8. It's just the case of being able to win vs ecos, if any of the top 5 asian teams would be able to do that and practice that, they could be a contender internationally. But right now, they might win a pistol or some gun rounds vs european teams, but the european teams will eventually just eco them and take away the game from all the asian teams at the moment.

But we are talking about this game now though. Sure they might have thrown to get Project to the minor, who knows, we will never know. But this, I don't think it's a throw at all, they're playing for a bit of money in an online league only. It's not impossible, alot of teams are like this, even in the EU and such, but not the top teams in europe. That's the difference, to compete at top level, you can't drop to every anti eco, sure it might happen sometimes, but not everytime.

No you have completely misunderstood counterstrike lol, it seems atleast. It's easy to win with pistols if you got no anti strat. To go aggresive works sometimes, but you need setups, set smokes, molotovs, off angles. This happens everywhere, but not in the top tier cs, in lower tier this happens just as much as here, even in europe and north america. Edit: A flash was good enough in 1.6, now you need a hell of alot more to be sure you have the best odds to win an anti eco.

I've taken a long ass break from counterstrike, played a lot back in the days, just started playing again. But you're saying a flashbang is enough to stop a forcebuy, which is completely wrong. I might not be a Pro, but I've followed the scene for 4 years now, and before that I watched older versions of cs. So tell me, how is my rank relevant, are you telling that people like thooorin knows nothing because they havn't been cs pros? Get out lol. I'm probably still better on counter strike than you, you are obviously completely new and have played max a year or so, and watched cs for like 6 months or something. I hate to say this, but he's not incorrect really. Top teams lose to anti-eco forcebuys all the time because of how retarded the pistols are in CSGO. It's been a common complaint in the higher tiers for a long time. It's not to say that you're incorrect, though. Winning an anti-eco in CSGO simply requires good teamwork, but it's not always that simple. Pistols in CSGO are just more powerful than they were in 1.6 (and Source, excluding the deagle). But I mean, there are just some teams that really know how to play anti-ecos and some who don't, because getting rushed can make even good players panic sometimes.

Well like I said, you weren't incorrect in your assessment. It's definitely not easy to win a pistol round, but the probability of it is certainly higher than in other versions of CS. I'm just saying it's a crazy amount in top asia compared to top eu, which has shown at tornaments. Just look what happend to Tyloo when they lost a full eco to SK, they were in the lead, second half of ct mirage, loses to a full eco and gets rekt after that. Top teams in EU loses to forcebuy of course, but not quite as often and even less against lower tier teams. Of course you need a strat for both forcebuying and anti forcebuying, but in Asia you don't need a a strat when forceuying, because noone has an anti strat, you just win at least like 50-60% of your forcebuys. And about playing the game, I've played quite alot, but I've spent a lot of time watching, especially csgo, a game I feel took esport to a new level.

Did I ever say I've only followed csgo? No, I said I've been following the scene closely for 4 years (csgo) Because it was more interesting for me than 1.6 and source, as I was a bit younger, didn't knnow english aswell, which made me just watch some games and not really much more than that. When betting came along I got even more interested and put down alot of time analysing, betting and making predictions and overall got interested in the scene and the game. This does not have anything to do with how I play the game, I don't even think MM rank is anything to mention but sure I reached the highest rank quite quickly and stayed there untill I stopped playing, also played faceit but as I said, this has nothing do to with how I belive a pro team should approach a forcebuy or such, that's knowledge I've gained through all the hours I've put down watching and analyzing, listening to both pro's and analysts. So please, stop try and act smart or deny my opinion, everyone has their own opinon.

Some teams always forcebuy, some teams doesn't. North is a great example of a team that's not forcebuying all the time. But yeah, I think you need a great anti strat vs pistols, you think you only need a flash and a rifle or something. I don't agree, so what? We have different opinions, get along with that lol. Alot of teams has already set strategies when they're facing ecos / forcebuys, and also every analyst says it, pro's in interviews, and I've had this opinion very early when csgo first launched, as I noticed the pistols were extremely good, what's the problem with that? LOL, this isn't a throw. MVP PK improved in last weeks and MVP Project in not really good form, they lost vs. TyLoo or Mongolz for example. Close to 50/50 match and you are crying, because underdog won. Grow up. Congrats to MVP PK, great performance!

if you watched the game you know it was a throw, they constantly in the back of the players from PK, and they just were throwing. but people told me they do this frequently for skins cause the prize is terrible, i guess they're not getting banned.

Many people won't understand how good of a team MVP.pk were in 1.6 . As a team they were as good as the legendary 1.6 teams. They were also one of the most consistent teams at the highest level. Top2-3 in the world at one point,making finals of he best events, and every player had huge skill. If they are putting in the same effort into this version of the game as they did in 1.6 then I am convinced they will become the best team in Asia in 2017 and possibly reach the top10. If only they could have bail in this lineup, the guy had a style perfectly suited for csgo. This team is made of winners and guys who knows what it takes to get to the top. There isn't another Asian team out there that has a full roster of guys that have been at the top and has the exp of these guys.

No way? No way would be me or you getting in the top10. For a team of legends to get into the top10 is quite possible. Also a team known for having an insane work ethic and playing 12 hours a day in a game that didn't have even close to the kind of money it has today. Id say its quite possible.
