that seems to be the new throw, instead of losing, just blow handicaps OR throw early and make a huge comeback so people make bank on live odds. those 2 type of throws seem to happen more now. Don't be surprised, Bulgarians are very well known for throwing/fixing IMO...all the way back to EFrag days (which some of these guys played for). Bulgaria average salary is like 3-4k USD a year so they need that dough!
2018-01-18 23:11

awww it says you replied to me but it won't show your reply...HLTV hiding it cause they don't want us spreading the truth about the new handi throws and live comeback throws...winning is the new way to throw just doing it right, and we know Bulgarians are masters!

lol just cause you lose a bet doesn't mean it is a throw man come on...don't be silly. It isn't like they ran 3 AWPS and an autosniper or some weird shit, a double AWP setup is common and can work very well, it just gets fucked in a retake situation if there's not enough riflers but it is very strong at denying entry/forcing entry IF it works out

people don't complain about throws who don't lose $. USUALLY. But this is a Bulgarian team so you get a free pass to say it!

I can't blame em 1 bit...when you can make a years salary in 1 throw, and do it many times a year, why not. I mean if a team can go to majors and stuff than of course not, but for tier 3 or lower teams why not get that $ especially when a player can get more than their family makes in a year throwing a few games, shit I'd do it. AND best part is with the new handicap throws dont even have to lose and really throw the game! just blow some rounds and win and get paid! But I still bet this turk is salty and lost a bet

lol I think you'd have to cancel a bet BEFORE the match...would be pretty cool if you could cancel midway through though we would all be rich! Good luck! Mans Not Hot is pretty good when I have watched, but Windigo has some good players and has been playing well too! I think it is 50/50...good luck! Bubble is playing awesome and I THINK he is good on Cobble if I remember correctly so you have a good chance!

Yep during the match. Like I said they take a pretty big cut then, if if your losing you can atleast get a small amount back of what you placed.

ah kind of like "surrender" in blackjack when dealer shows an ace. I can't see how it would be worth doing...maybe after 1-0 if you know your gonna lose and it is worth getting 10% back...but I gotta think the amount back is so small that one would be better off just risking the bet, overall I think some would comeback to win and payout more in the long-run than the tiny cut. I have never seen that, but then again I never looked for it as I wouldn't consider doing it for a tiny %. How much back do you know? I can't imagine more than 5-15% I guess it depends on situation/score etc.

Depends on the situation, I dont have an number but you can even get profit if you cashout while your team is leading.

sure, but I doubt many people do that unless they are afraid their team would choke. I know people that hedge by betting live, and often work out small-medium profits no matter who wins if they time it right. For people that like to do that I could see it being cool, but I like to make my bet and stick with it because I have had tons of bets comeback from being down big, and if my team is winning I don't want a small profit I want to believe they will keep winning! But interesting to know...I think this would be a big trap, sort of like live betting is for some OR beneficial for the people the set it up to profit no matter what

Yeah, dont think many people use it, but as long as some people use it why not offer it.

sure, I agree. Especially because something like that (along with live bets) can be very profitable (small but guaranteed profit on both sides) for smart people that set it up but MOST people just lose big $ doing it by: 1.cashing out a team losing, that ends up coming back to win 2.live bet- people bet on other team to balance their bet, but then their team ends up coming back to win and they blew their profit. it sounds like the same trap as live betting to me, good for the few that use it wisely but mostly a panic button that just rakes in cash for the site...but like you said who can blame them if someone wants to give the site more $ the site will gladly offer it and take it!

Like sometimes you have this feeling there will be a comeback. Like Red Reserve vs North Aca. today, as soon as I saw the Halftime score I had the felling red reserve will win. So if I would have placed on North Aca. at that point easy cashout.

true, and your feeling was correct. I am just thinking in the long term average it would be less profitable than just riding a bet out. A little $ bet live on RR would probably pay better...BUT I am talking on average, if you can be right about the swings often like you were then maybe it could workout

lol you are calling me triggered when I am agreeing with you about these teams not performing on LAN, while adding a joke about Bulgarian teams being LAN banned/dodging throwers. but hey if someone who agrees with you is triggered then cool I guess
