Yeah, confirmed. The outcome really depends on how good Bubzkji and es3tag perform. NiP are looking decently strong and also somewhat consistent. Their smash today versus NaVi was really good. Any weak link (most likely es3tag or Bubzkji) on Astralis could be their downfall, and that could give NiP a chance, but I think this game will be NiP's exit.

Yeah exactly, but they are the most likely to be at fault. It could be anyone, but what I'm saying is that if 1 single player on Astralis has a weak showing, NiP will exploit it, and because the core is the most consistent es3tag and Bubzkji are the most likely to have that weak showing.

NiP bans Vertigo Astralis bans Mirage (as always) NiP picks Train Astralis picks Nuke NiP bans Inferno Astralis bans Overpass Dust2 left over The second bans are where things get ambiguous. Astralis has shown they're strong on Dust2 against Vitality but it's only one game played and I think their A hold on CT is too weak. NiP can easily exploit that. NiP previously won Inferno against OG despite being the latter's map pick but it was such a brawl, going into OT. Nobody has seen this Astralis' Inferno yet but it was THE pick of the original squad so I don't think NiP would want to risk this. Overpass... it could be NiP's pick because they're strong on it but once again, the former Astralis roster was good on this map. Not to mention that Astralis nearly won that map with Jugi and Snappi the last time these two met. I don't think NiP will risk it. Astralis would ban it because NiP are strong on it. Should be a good fight. If Astralis wins Train it's a 2-0. 2-1 if they don't.

Losing that 2v2 against pistols is a joke.. could have just held the pit angle while teammate pushed and killed the bomb planter. They also had a smoke and could have just smoked pit guy off completely and pushed site 2v1

Yeah it's pretty crazy they managed to lose that.. bubzkji was completely useless and then dupreeh missed a bunch of shots to get into that situation in the first place then they managed to find a way to lose a 2v2 rifles vs pistols with the bomb not planted

If bomb was planted sure rotating around wouldn't be that good of an idea. But without bomb plant one of them could waste their time and other one could just go around. Or they could just smoke pit and push site when he was planting. Instead they waited for plant and then smoked themselves. No brain plays.

Yeah I don't really understand when teams allow the plant to go down for free, especially when the other players position is known in pit and they have pistols. Pushing at the same time he plants is a guaranteed kill almost, even more so if they just smoked pit. It looked like magisk was going to hold pit while es3tag pushed forward but then magisk got off the angle and smoked themselves off and everything fell apart
