Another frag highlight from Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg in Mad Catz CS:GO Invitational LAN tournament. In a grand final match against Anexis he demonstrates great pistol skills and kills four in the second pistol round of the second map.

When the result was 10:5 for Ninja in Pyjamas, Lindberg, together with his teammates, was rushing towards the bombsite B. After he managed to kill the first enemy, Lindberg continued to hide behind the fountain and eliminated another three to win the second pistol round for his team.

there is no movement in cs:go :) ugly jump,ugly duck,ugly strafe etc...when i watch teammates front of me looks like flying monkeys :D

imo f0rest was one of the only players to consistently force his opponent into playing a way they didn't want to play solely cos of his positioning and movement through a chokepoint

f0rest and movement? NEVER as others said Neo, zonic, naSu and Edward I would say they all were by far x times better in movement case than f0rest, f0rest's attidute was aim and for comparison Neo has an advantage over f0rest in case of movement

f0rest aggressive minded and fluid movement technique in 1.6 was a beautyful and unique style along with the perfect aim technique. When in absolute prime years none ever reached this skillpeak. f0rest style of playing CS was far more beautyful and correct by the book i'd say, a counter-strike 101 player. While NEO displayed a more ugly style (dont get me wrong), but ofc superiorly deadly effective timings along with the great chemestry in his polish fellow lineup, especially at "Majors" as we all know they came up huge where they performed like this unstoppable force absolutly almost every time. Impressive!

f0rest's kills on clips were more beautiful than NEO's but NEO's movement was probably they most beautiful to watch, he was the best player in case of timing and movement style, this made him the smartest player out there, he was in 1.6

Well, NEO could be great as an opener fragger and display some impressive aggresive style aswell, but his later years he used his movement kinda more often optimal adapted to this more of a opportunistic/smart lurkers role compared to f0rest, with great post plant timings especially .. etc. f0rest and NEO are 2 of the very alltime greatest in different ways. It comes down to the personal preferance where your sympathies lies.

In CS:GO I can't see him even in top10 of players. In 1.6 he was top5-9 for 3-4 years, but here he is just a player. not that impressive.

I think you people need to realise, CS:GO caps how good a player can be, the movement is terrible, the aiming "style" is beyond ridiculous, the guns are balanced incorrectly, adding to the movement being terrible the models move WAY too fast, the player models are too wrongly sized.

Why are people saying f0rest have bad movement? I do not know in CSGO. But in cs 1.6 he had one of the best if not the best. cArn said that the movement is doing f0rest the unique player he is. He always manages to survive when he should not, and so on. And he is a great aimer ofc.
