Lox, xelos on Epsilon dismissal

Tonoy "Lox" Prince and Jerry "xelos" Råberg have issued a joint statement to explain the reason behind their dismissal from Epsilon.

The Swedish duo were on Tuesday given their marching orders from Epsilon after the organisation described as "internal disagreements" between these two players and the rest of the team.

Jesper "jw" Wecksell, Robin "flusha" Rönnquist and Andreas "schneider" Lindberg have now been left with the task of rebuilding the team in time for Copenhagen Games at the end of the month.

In a joint statement issued by Tonoy "Lox" Prince and Jerry "xelos" Råberg, they now explain their side of the story, criticising the way the rest of the team acted and insisting they are not to blame for Epsilon's recent poor form.

"It all started a couple of months ago when "jw" promised "schneider" a spot in our team. At the time, the team was: Lox, jw, xelos, flusha and KAB0M. Thanks to jw's promise schneider left Absolute Legends and wanted a spot in Epsilon.

"When jw couldn't deliver a spot because Lox and I said that we did not want to change the lineup when everything was going so well, jw threaten to drop the team and said that if schneider did not get a spot they would take flusha with them.

"Lox and I did not have any say in this and just had to swallow our pride and do what was best for the team and for Epsilon, so we brought in schneider instead of kab0m.

"After a while, we felt that our ingame leader flusha just moved more and more away from that role, and in the end he did not want to call anymore. This is when we started losing our matches, and instead of practicing more, watching demos and building tactics, they wanted to play with two other players instead of us.

"In the end, they blame us for everything when in reality we did everything we could do to make this team successful. Feel free to watch the VOD from Swedish Masters, the only LAN we went to, and see for yourselves which two players carried the team to a 2-0 victory.

Meanwhile, it is understood that Epsilon are on the brink of signing former Lemondogs captain André "berg" Kjellberg and ex-Western Wolves member Jonathan "devilwalk" Lundberg after the Swedish duo joined the team's roster on the ESL's website.

Jw is a poor player, inconsistent as only God knows how...and the worst part of it: "IMMATURE". This being said I feel sorry for berg for joining such a weak team, and honestly I do hope that xelos and Lox's new team crushes Epsilon's efforts of becoming even a decent team its sounds mean i know but to be honest jw and co. always looked really sketchy from the start so screw em I really want good teams with nice chemistry among their players not some kids blaming their teammates for the performance of the whole thing.

Just watched the match. Schneider won ecos and got alot of entrykills on de_nuke and then as CT he got bad stats because they came ramp 1 out of 10 rounds and he still didnt finish at the bottom. On Inferno he had 23/13 or something alot higher then his teammates :p

I think both new teams will end up being pretty good... berg + devilwalk in Epsilon would be stronger than with Lox and xelos, but Lox and xelos are solid players too so I assume their new team can be a Swedish contender too. Either way this worked out in both favors.
