SuperstarS, n!faculty to EMS finals

Group C of the RaidCall EMS One has been played out, with SuperstarS and n!faculty breaking into the top two.

Following a two-week break because of Copenhagen Games, the second half of the EMS One group stage kicked off on Tuesday with Group C, starring German duo n!faculty and gamed!de, and recently-disbanded sides Imaginary Gaming and 3DMAX.

In case of the French team, following the breakup of the team last week, Kevin "Uzzziii" Vernel and Richard "shoxie" Papillon kept the team's EMS One spot and added Robin "GMX" Stahmer, Kevin "kevZ" Dalibert and Teddy "enjoy" Isidor.

SuperstarS' start was less than auspicious as they were held to a 15-15 draw by 3DMAX, but after that match Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács had problems with his CS:GO, forcing the Slovakian side to lose all matches by default, including the one that they had drawn.

GMX's SuperstarS off to Cologne

The French side went on to beat gamed!de 16-5 and n!faculty 16-12 to finish at the top of the group with a perfect nine points.

The second place in Group C went to n!faculty, who defeated their fellow countrymen 16-3 to pick themselves up from a disastrous campaign at Copenhagen Games last weekend.

The following six teams have so far qualified for the RaidCall EMS One Finals, which will take place on the weekend of April 13th to 14th in Cologne, Germany:

Sweden Ninjas in Pyjamas Sweden Absolute Legends
United Kingdom Anexis Poland ESC Gaming
France SuperstarS Germany n!faculty

The fourth and last EMS One group stage will be played on Wednesday, with VeryGames, fnatic, LowLandLions and dotpiXels in action.

Well deserved nfaculty, rofl

Of course you guys deserve a chance. So far you've been failing big times on LAN compared to your online results tho. Even though they were mostly random bo1 and yeah, online. Doesn't want to say that you guys hack, you guys are just playing bad on LAN. Teams are catching up and or are in front of your team already. edit: I'm just saying you were lucky because 3DMAX got disqualified and you basically had to win only versus gamed!de.

I still think its harsh to call them onliners. They aren't a bad team at all, and have just been a little unlucky the last couple of events. It just takes so little for people to start hating on others

As I even said in my comment. I don't think they're hacking. They're just bad on LAN which is garbage actually.

ok i understand the comment now. i think it is not an insulte, but the easy truth, n!faculty have not had a good lan after ESWC

They placed 4th at ESWC 2012. That's cool, but to be honest nothing special. The comeptition in the game was new back then and they probably played it for a bit longer than the other teams. Teams are WAY better now and they're not getting any better.

All people liked n! after last ESWC but your playing level seems not to be improving lately. I really hope you guys can do some damage in the following events.

Much as I'd like to see LLL, VG and fnatic should most likely advance in their group tomorrow. Looks like this'll be a fairly interesting tournament.

it is only a mix team, they have no specific objective although they want to perform well. They will play with absolutely no pressure, and that's the way they like it :D (kinda same situation ScreaM had during ESH Prague) ;)
