A new Danish top team called flækkeholdet has been created, boasting a very interesting roster that can cause an upset or two.

As expected, the end of The Blast #5 has triggered a wave of roster changes in the top tier of Danish CS:GO, with Western Wolves having apparently been the first victim as they pulled out of ESEA Invite.

But it seems now that Copenhagen Wolves are perhaps the only team in Denmark with a locked roster and that almost every other side will undergo changes or fold altogether.

Fresh off a fourth-place finish with Xapso in Rødekro, Danni "smF" Dyg, Søren "socN" Falke and Marco "Snappi" Pfeiffer will stick together but in a new team who can scale greater heights.

The Danish trio have sided with Frederik "LOMME" Nielsen, who played for ZET eSports at The Blast, and Morten "coloN" Johansen from Vikings in flækkeholdet, which is a temporary name until the team find an organisation.

"We talked a little after playing at The Blast a few days ago and we decided to give it a try," Nielsen told HLTV.org.

"We have some really strong players with good experience from both 1.6 and CSS, and also from this game, of course, so we have high expectations.

"We want to reach at least the top three in Denmark and to make an international breakthrough as well. Our first event will be DreamHack Summer.

"Right now, we are without an organization, so if there is any out there that finds our lineup interesting, let us know at [email protected]."

He was joking, saying that as a caster it'll be easier for him since he's Danish. Regardless of the reason, no need to be hostile against someone who was clearly being friendly. We have a lot of hostility on the forums as it is.

the hostility happened when sourcers tried to tell that they are the best and that f0rest sux and vg would dominate everything..

wtf? such a crazy team - all great players! I didn't see that coming, I thought LOMME and Snappi would stick with that weird XAPSO mixteam, they did rly well. fantastic team, they have the potential to rise to the top. got to <3 danish CS szene - so much talent. they will overtake the nr1 spot of the swedes in GO soon =)

i like this socN guy! he plays solid. but i doubt the 1.6 picks. coloN used to be an aimbeast the past 2 years. snappi was always underperfoming since his breakthrough with roskilde ravens. and lomme was decent! too bad that the real hardcore 1.6 danish players have all quitted the game (ave,zonic,hpx,whimp,mje,arcadion,sunde,drally,KK,zone,faagan and many more) only trace friis and karrigan still play
