prd joins ProGaming.TD

ProGaming.TD have announced via Facebook that they have recruited former FireGamers and mibr member Arthur "prd" Resende.

After DreamHack Winter, back in November, the Brazilian team went off the grid, and in the last few months that they have been seen in action only in national online tournaments, like the Razer CS:GO Challenge.

After confirming last month the return of Rafael "zakk" Fernandes to the team, ProGaming.TD have now picked up Arthur "prd" Resende, who is one of Brazil's most accomplished 1.6 players.

prd joins ProGaming.TD

Resende will step into the shoes of Wilton "zews" de Almeida, who has left the team just four months after being recruited, for reasons that remain unclear.

ProGaming.TD now have the following lineup:

Brazil Lucas "Steel" Lopes
Brazil Caio "zqk" Fonseca
Brazil Caio "rkz" Sinigagli
Brazil Rafael "zakk" Fernandes
Brazil Arthur "prd" Resende

This is most likely because a whole lot of German nationals fled to Brazil after world war two to avoid persecution (or worse) in Europe. He also doesn't look all that Spanish.

Just 6 millions ? Even I have German roots... If you look to the south of Brazil we have loads of people who have german roots or born in there.. There're small cities which german is 1st spoken language and portuguese the 2nd, small cities, but exists.

don't know exact numbers, just read it somewhere. there are also german-brazilians coming to my area every year to visit the place of their ancestors. the funny thing is that the people here in my region speak a very "weird" dialect and those brazilians ONLY speak this dialect and no "normal/standard" german. :DD

I think this dialect is named "Hunsrückisch " (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hunsr%C3%BCckisch_..). My father told that its not the same german you guys use to talk, its an older idiom.

Dont believe everything you read in HLTV.org Most of the brazilians here (and everywhere) are trolling and being retard. We do have a scene with some leagues and tournaments , what they mean is that we dont have major tournaments anymore (like WCG or big LAN events), but we are still able to pracc and stay in "shape"

"Ragn", people here do not like CS: GO game is horrible, everyone knows that until professionals like markeloff so play the game because of the money, is a complete stupidity online players who loved the cs 1.6, migrate to it, cs GO has nothing to do with cs, cs: GO remembers call of dutty, I believe the most played game currently in Brazil and worldwide, and are LOL,dota2, "COUNTER-STRIKE 'fell much further with communities divided, cs 1.6, cs source, cs global offensive
