Norway unveils EC lineup

Norway manager Anders "aNdz" Kjær has presented a 10-man list for the upcoming European Championship, hosted by e-frag.net.

Over the past few days. several European countries have announced the lineups that they will field for this nations' tournament, the first of its kind in CS:GO.

It is now Norway's time to reveal their squad for the tournament, and as expected BX3 member Tommy "tacky" Mosgaard and H2k Gaming duo Preben "prb" Gammelsæter and Martin "cENTRYZ" Brandal all made the list.

visage trio Bjørn "SkurK" Maaren, Markus "maaktw" Aashildsrød Karlsen and Adrian "HIGHLAND" Martinussen Johansen were also called up by team manager Anders "aNdz" Kjær, who also gave Lions duo Adam "paint" Fjellum and Ruben "RUBINO" Villarroel the nod.

cENTRYZ made the cut

Completing the Norwegian lineup for this tournament are Halvor "vENdetta" Gulestøl and Pål "Polly" Kammen, two players who currently do not have a team.

Norway's 10-man squad consists of the following players:

Awezome! So I guess the best lineup would be: prb cENTRYZ tacky Polly paint/rubino or something Although it won't be the same without kalle or REAL </3 (Yes, I know REAL played his last EC in 2010, but still, would be awezome to have him there) And really sad that stingeR quit CS :/

He is a great player but still I think everyone in this lineup or not everyone (vENdetta,SkurK and maybe paint) could be replaced by rod.

Well lots of stuff and deals going on when a national team is being picked. Considering lots of people can apply for the same country everybody has to agree on who should be coach. That's why some players are picked and some not. Norway has ~20 players we could have put in the national team but only 10 spaces.

Well I know that, but in my opinion (which has nothing to say at all and I can't change anything anyway) I think that there are several players who are better than those who are picked but as I said, I hope they'll do good and prove me wrong :D

I think ROD would have a place in the starting 5 without a doubt.. it's just he's a source player so maybe he isn't in the circle that is the Norwegian scene. Not sure, but I think centryz, prb, tacky, ROD and +1 would be a pretty dope lineup.

Havent seen him in a while, but i guess he's still playing ;p

Loved watching him play in CSS and I saw some of his GO matches(it's been a while though) and he was on form as well, very solid aimer and plays brilliantly.

Well you got a bunch of Norwegian players who can easily outmatch many of those. Afaik you almost got the full BX3 team, as well as plan-B players :)

visage is the old plan-b guys and afaik bx3 has had a long summer break and havent played much, dno if thats the reason though

a decent lineup, but i think andz picked the best players instead of puting together a real team with a caller ans an awper. afaik vendetta is the only caller and theres no awper, where for example moen or mikkis couldve come in.
