Wizards announce disbandment

Team Wizards have announced that the members of their CS:GO division have decided to go their separate ways.

The Spanish side were recently seen at DreamHack Valencia, where they finished 3rd-4th following a 2-0 defeat against n!faculty in the semi-finals.

The news about the disbandment of Wizards comes as a huge blow to the Spanish CS:GO community, who had in the former ASES squad their only team capable of competing abroad.

A team statement to arenazero.net explains that a drop in motivation led to this decision as the players felt they could no longer challenge the top sides in Europe.

Wizards have qualified for the playoffs in EPS Spain, and the remainder of the season should be played by a mix team.

Wizards' had the following CS:GO division:

Love all the retards blaming GO for teams disbanding. They never even said they were disbanding because they hated the game or because of the prize pool. "Players felt that they could no longer challenge top European teams." They made a smart choice to disband because they aren't going to be winning any prize $.

Portugese and Spanish are quite different I believe. For a start, Portugese sounds Russian sometimes to my ears.

yeah we undestand each other, not very well, but should be enough for cs communication i see some problems tho: positions are named different, explaining complicated tactics in game etc... how about norwegian and swedish, do you undestand the other language 100%? always thought so, cause of all the mixed scandinavians teams ive seen

That is not true in 1.6, Spanish teams knew they couldn't really compete with teams abroad now they know that some 0f them have the talent to be on better squads that's the reason why so many roster changes are happening.
