Ukraine, Libya with ESWC qualifiers
The Electronic Sports World Cup (ESWC) organisers have confirmed that there will be two additional qualifiers, in Ukraine and Libya.
Last weekend, it was announced that Pakistan would no longer be hosting a national qualifier, which left a second slot in this year's ESWC CS:GO tournament up for grabs.
The Ukrainian qualifier will be organised by UCPL, while the event in Libya will be hosted by the Tripoli Electronic Sports Club Association (TESCA). The dates and location for these two qualifiers have not yet been announced.
The news means that the spot that was going to be handed out via application has been removed, making ATE Gaming from India the only team that is invited by the ESWC, apart from Ninjas in Pyjamas, last year's winner.
