K1ck eSports club have announced that they have brought back Hélder "coachi" Sancho.

The Brazil-born player was cut from k1ck’s 1.6 division in the summer of 2012 when CS:GO was released despite guiding the team to one of their most successful periods internationally.

After a period in x6tence that was short-lived, Sancho spent the last few months playing some mixes, and the opportunity to come back in full force has now emerged.

k1ck's old captain is back

Sancho will be stepping into the shoes of Vicens "vis" González, one of the Spanish players who joined the team last month, along with Xavi “Aguila” Casals, as he needs to take a break from gaming to focus on his studies.

“Looking at this roster, I feel that something good was done in the past, because we have four players from the old 1.6 roster plus a player with great quality,” he told k1ck’s website.

“We already know each other very well and we are highly motivated with what we can achieve.

“I feel I am back home to lead four fantastic players. I would like to thank the support of the community during my absence. All the comments that I received made me very happy. The captain is back!”

k1ck have been in great form of late: the Portuguese team lie in seventh place in SLTV StarSeries and have reached the quarter-finals of the MSI Beat it! European Finals, in which they will tackle n!faculty.

The Fnac LAN Party champions will attend the Portuguese ESWC qualifier next week, which will take place under the wings of a LAN party organised by by Undefined Ninjas.

just because someone hypes a team from his/her own country, doesn't mean they believe that they're the best team in the world. Maybe pedrio wants to support a Portuguese team. Also, in the past they changed players to improve (and it worked). Now Vis has to take some time off and can't commit to csgo, thus forcing k1ck to update their roster. stop being a hater roman...

do you know why they change so much players? Because they arent professionals, they need to study or to work and cs is just a game and not a way of life

the only team that only plays cs for a living is NiP all the others maybe maybe except VG and some other young players that dont have to work, others all work/study so thats not an excuse.
