Druidz win ESWC female
Druidz suceeded UBINITED as the ESWC champions thanks to a 2-0 victory against ALTERNATE in the Grand Final.
With multiple-time ESWC champions UBINITED out of the picture after a 2-0 defeat at the hands of ALTERNATE on Friday, it was up to the German side and Druidz to step onto the main stage and play out this year's grand final, with $5,000 on the line.
ALTERNATE were regarded as favourites for this match, considering that their players have more international experience and that they have the same lineup with which they won Copenhagen Games, where Druidz came in 3rd-4th place.

Druidz are the new ESWC champions
Both maps were very close indeed but Druidz looked the better side and were in the lead for most of the game, so it was without too much surprise that the Sweden-based came out on top following 16-11 and 16-14 victories on de_dust2 and de_inferno, respectively.
In the 3rd/4th place decider, Mistral eased past UBINITED 2-0, which confirms that the North American team are miles off the side who won the title in 2012 and in previous years.
