VeryGames move on to playoffs

Team VeryGames have sealed their playoff spot with a 16-9 win against n!faculty on de_dust2.

Finn "karrigan" Andersen pointed before the match that they feel no pressure going into it since their opponents are the ones that have to prove their worth as arguably the best team in the world.

Following a draining game against compLexity gaming, VeryGames entered the consolidation finals with a B split push but Andersen was ready for it, eliminating four opponents with only five points of health on the board.

Fourth round was the charm for the recently crowned MSI BeatIt! champions as they pushed towards catwalk, taking off the offensive Danish side.

VeryGames advance as the second team from group C

Next round featured Richard "shox" Papillon showing why is he considered the best player in the world by the analyst desk, clutching a one versus three round, landing three headshots in a row.

That action injected the confidence the Frenchmen were missing and all the Danes could do was keep saving their guns and seek for their chance in other rounds, as VeryGames were cruising to a comfortable 11-3 lead before n!faculty won the last round of the half.

Second pistol round went to the Danish team as well and we saw few very controlled anti-eco strategies which brought them to a three round deficit.

Just when it seemed that n!faculty could be gaining the momentum and narrow down the lead, Edouard 'SmithZz' Dubourdeaux pulled of an amazing four AWP kills, which altered the game in favour of his team.

Yes i know. That's why we said there are time they fucked up on group stage. But as far as i know, when they fucked up on GS, they are winning the event. haha. I will just hope so ;) GO VG! Let's end on high!

so...I saw the bracket now and I just can't figure it out ,why dafuq NiP will play fnatic to determine a finalist ? what kind of a stupid system is that lol, group A vs group B , or Im mistaken somewhere , please enlighten me

They will need the best ScreaM if they want to go to the final ... He has been so bad in the 3 matchs. Come on wake up you are going to face ASTANA then NIP. Vg can't beat these teams with ScreaM at this level
