Xapso have announced that they have replaced Robin "robiin" Sjögren with Mathias "PnX" Pedersen.

After coming from the BYOC qualifier following a victory over mousesports in the semi-finals, Xapso finished at the bottom of their DH Winter group as they were defeated by VeryGames and n!faculty.

Despite being happy with the way they fared in Jönköping, the team decided that a roster change was needed as they prepare for the first big tournaments of 2014.

As such, Xapso have decided to part company with their Swedish player, Robin "robiin" Sjögren, bringing in Mathias "PnX" Pedersen, formerly of oXzone, to replace him.

"We had a great tournament at Dreamhack Winter 2013 where we qualified for the invite tournament and ended up between the 16 best teams at one of the biggest tournaments ever in CSGO," Casper "cadiaN" Møller said.

“We reached our goal but we decided to remove robiin. We didn't feel that his personality was fitting into the team, especially not on LAN.

"To replace him we picked up up Mathias "PnX" Pedersen, who I know from our time in oXzone. He has played for us a stand-in for a couple of times so he knows our play style and he matches what we need perfectly."

Xapso have set their sights on Assembly Winter’s €5,000 tournament in late January, after which they will attend Copenhagen Games, in mid-April.

The team’s lineup now looks as follows:
