Apply for a non-EU spot at EMS One
The Electronic Sports League has opened up the application process for the two non-EU spots for the EMS One event at IEM Katowice.
From March 13th-16th, the ESL will be hosting a CS:GO tournament under the wings of the IEM event in the Polish city of Katowice that will boast a whopping prize purse of $250,000.
Of the 16 spots in this tournament, two are reserved for non-European teams who have already proved their worth in the game and have the funds to travel to Poland as the ESL will not cover any expenses.
Until Monday, January 20th, all teams from outside Europe can apply for a place at EMS One by sending an e-mail to [email protected] with the following info:
- Team name
- Line-up
- A short text describing the history of the team
- Past achievements of the team
compLexity, who finished in the top eight at DreamHack Winter, are so far the only non-European side to have secured a place at EMS One.
