fnatic, ex-AD in FACEIT Cup

FACEIT has announced that fnatic and former Astana Dragons team will take part in January's monthly cup.

On Thursday, January 23rd, FACEIT will host the first edition of 2014 of its $1,500 CS:GO monthly cup, which will feature eight teams, four invited by the organisation and four who qualify via the weekly cups.

DreamHack Winter champions fnatic will be looking to go one better than in the last FACEIT Cup, in which they came in second place following a 1-2 defeat to LGB eSports in the final.

The Swedish side will be joined by the former Astana Dragons side, who remain on the lookout for a new organisation, as well as by four qualified teams, three of whom hail from Sweden.

The participants' list for FACEIT's January Cup is the following:
