WebOne unveil new team
WebOne have officially announced their new CS:GO team, featuring four new players.
The last time we heard from WebOne dates back to August, when the team attended the Masters Français du Jeu Vidéo LAN finals, finishing third in their group following defeats to VeryGames and redzone, a win against DOX-SERV.COM.
Only two weeks ago, we saw two players from WebOne, specifically Jérôme "HeUkA" Bassat and Olivier "Dingo" Gaillard, signing for inFamous, which indeed seemed to confirm that WebOne's team had disbanded.
The French organisation has now confirmed that four new players have been brought in as Julien "Krav" Hernandez remains at the helm of the project.
Joining the team are Brice "Br1ce" Durand, who was replaced by Fabien "atLaNtis" Deguiraud in WebOne in May, and three players the organisation has high hopes for: Antoine "titz" Guerut, Paul "META" Moussajee and Louis "minar" Bertrand.
With this new lineup, WebOne seem to be finally heading in the right direction, as the team came in 11th place in ESEA Intermediate on a 9-7 record and have already qualified for the French finals of EMS One Katowice.
"These three new players are not that known but they have the potential to surprise some people," Julien "Krav" Hernandez told vakarm.net.
"After testing the waters for a few weeks, we feel we have found the chemistry we had been looking for.
"We have a long way to go with these young players, who lack experience, but we hope to be ready for the upcoming online tournaments and LAN events."
WebOne now have:
Julien "Krav" Hernandez
Brice "Br1ce" Durand
Antoine "titz" Guerut
Paul "META" Moussajee
Louis "minar" Bertrand
