Clan-Mystik/Nameless to merge?

Kenny "kennyS" Schrub has dropped a hint that Clan-Mystik's and Nameless' teams are about to merge.

Since winning the ESWC finals in Paris, Clan-Mystik have been in disappointing form in both online and LAN tournaments, which ended up resulting in the team replacing Jeremy "ioRek" Vuillermet with Gordon "Sf" Giry in a bid to stir things up.

Nameless, on the other hand, acquitted themselves quite well at DreamHack Winter, where they finished 5th-8th, but after that they lost the support of Recursive and were left on their own.

ESWC champions Clan-Mystik on verge of disbandment?

It seems now that both teams are now disbanded, with a third team, who will be supported by LDLC.com, rising from the ashes.

According to Kenny "kennyS" Schrub, Nameless trio Vincent "Happy" Cervoni, Kévin "Uzzziii" Vernel and Mathieu "Maniac" Quiquerez will be joined by Clan-Mystik duo Dan "apEX" Madesclaire and Hovik "KQLY" Tovmassian.

Schrub also left this message on his Facebook page:

If, confirmed, LDLC.com's new team will consist of:

Vincent "Happy" Cervoni
Kévin "Uzzziii" Vernel
Mathieu "Maniac" Quiquerez
Dan "apEX" Madesclaire
Hovik "KQLY" Tovmassian

The following players will then be left without a team:

haha maniac is way better then kenny or kioshima but i have to sign that uzzi should get swapped out with kioshima since 2 awps wouldn't be ok in one team.

Maniac showed his true potential at Dreamhack Winter 2013, he made so many important rounds count and he was playing overly good, i think he deserves this change, so does KQLY who has been really consistent awp. I hope and really believe these guys can do alot of damage.

I agree adding kioshima would be a great idea but adding a 2nd sniper, even if its kennys, for maniac would probably not be good for the team balance/meshing

Wouldnt ve the first team to do so. Yes he is insane but then again, kQly is too. Perhaps kq is easier to play/pracc with, or has an uplifting character and teamspirit... who knows?

It's a bit sad to see this split in the French scene, no stability = no results. Let's see if this LDLC can last. Also, I hope a new strong French team will come out somewhere for kio and Kenny.
