MYM sign Michu; peet out

Meet Your Makers have announced that they have picked up Michał "michu" Müller to replace Piotr "peet" Ćwikliński.

The former Dobry Gaming team were picked up by MYM back in November but after three months they have yet to show that they can pose the former ESC Gaming side, now known as Virtus.pro, a threat.

After having qualified for the Polish finals of EMS One Katowice, MYM have now surprisingly decided to let go of Piotr "peet" Ćwikliński, allegedly due to internal problems.

Replacing the former MaxFloPlay member is Michał "michu" Müller, who is known for his time in GF-Gaming and Imperium Gamers.

"I am extremely happy to join MYM since I will be able to represent one of the best organizations in the world and play on the highest level," Müller told MYM's website.

"Our main goal right now is to train and get ready for the upcoming EMS One in Katowice."

With these changes, MYM now have:

Poland Mariusz "Loord" Cybulski
Poland Bartosz "Hyper" Wolny
Poland Pawel "innocent" Mocek
Poland Jacek "minise" Jeziak
Poland Michał "michu" Müller

Top 50 isn't really the highest level. Also, I will just take a wild guess that the "98" in your nick is your year of birth, so you are not really entitled to call someone kid yet. Or maybe it stands for your IQ. Who knows, who cares...

Depends what you call the highest level man... Considering the number of teams competing in CS:GO across the world, I'm pretty sure the top50 can be called the highest level. But sure, if you really want to pick the elite, you can pick the top20 instead, or even top10. Wait, why not top5 ? Top3 ?

I know it is relative. But most of the main tournaments have like 16 slots, awards and stuff are made from top 20, there is very little point to call top 50 the highest level.

You're an annoying idiot. They're going to both practice and complete against the world's elite on a regular basis. Not necessarily being successful doing so is practically irrelevant. It's always some blatantly jealous idiot who's going out of his way to nitpick at nonsense.

Where did you get the "being top tier team" bit from? Do you think playing on the highest level equates to being a "top" tier team? Every team which participates in the champions league is "(being) a top tier team"? If you're going to manipulate what I wrote at least attempt to make a sensible argument, annoying simpleton.

>Do you think playing on the highest level equates to being a "top" tier team? In fact, yes. It does. That is what it means to be a top tier team - to play on the highest level. >Every team which participates in the champions league is "(being) a top tier team"? I won't even comment on that, it's a terrible comparison. The whole discussion that arose from tenshi's comment is that "Does MYM play on the highest level". Sure they play in high-level competitions, but highest? No. All you brung to it were offensive epithets and really, let's face it, bad argument. Calling people names over the internet won't get you anywhere, annoying simpleton. I didn't want to add it, but your age really shows in your comments, kid.

"In fact, yes. It does. That is what it means to be a top tier team - to play on the highest level." No. You're both dictionary and factually wrong. First of, no one stated MYM is a top tier team, this is part of your manipulation/faulty reading comprehension. You can compete against the best but not be the best. This is a very, very common occurrence in literally every sport, ROFL. "I won't even comment on that, it's a terrible comparison." That's because you have no retort and it's actually a perfect comparison. You have plenty of 3rd or even 4th tier teams who compete in the highest levels of football. We don't even need to go that far as to the CL, since in every premiere league in Europe, there are plenty of 3rd and 4th tier teams competing against the very best. MYM is a 2nd/3rd tier team in CSGO, but they're going to compete against higher ranked teams among 1st tier teams. Perfect correlation. You have no sensible retort. "Sure they play in high-level competitions, but highest?" This is literally amusing me. JUST IN THE SAME NEWS PIECE IT'S STATED THEY'RE GOING TO COMPETE IN EMS ONE. You're either a full blown idiot or a troll, either way you're unworthy of my time.

Playing at the highest level means playing with professional players on a regular basis. They are practicing only against top European teams. I'm pretty sure by the way that this team is top 20 in Europe. Either we will see if they make it to EMS One Katowice.

You just argued that only teams that play at the top events where only 16 teams are present makes you a top team. Now you're arguing that getting out of the group stages is what makes you a top team. So are you saying only NiP, Astana, Virtus.pro and VeryGames are top teams? How many teams can be called top teams according to you. Please clarify

Haha don't mind all these dumb fucks. You're right. Even though they pracc against the very top, they shouldn't be considered a TOP team. Oh and btw, they haven't qualified for EMS Katowice, only the online finals from where six teams make it to EMS. This team won't.

I have to agree. Of course people can have their own opinions. Its like saying that Messi, Ronaldo, Ribery are top/elite players. For most, there is 10-15 "top players". And for those who have played football their entire life and making living out of it, will probably call top 100 player the "top players". If you follow CS:GO 1-2 tournaments a year, the "top level" is probably top 3. If you follow CS:GO as much as possible, its quite logical that the area of "top players" is wider. PS. I have not hinted to anyone here of their level/experience of cs, just pointing out major factor in the matter.

If you play against the best teams in the world in competitions, you are playing on the highest level. Doesn't mean you're a part of the top though. You could be playing against the best teams and lose to all in the top50, but you'll still be a part of the highest level if you keep competing with them:) Just like the bottom half in La Liga and Cardiff in Premier League.

+1, imo best possible choice in poland now. picking michu is risky move. but destru is already qualified into quali to katowice with alsen.

he's one of the most experienced players in the world, so why he should leave? Even though he isn't madfragging he's still very important for the team, without him MYM would be even worse
