New mobile design now in beta

There is no holding progress back, even for HLTV.org, and we have long felt a new design for mobiles and tablets was overdue, and we are now ready to show of the beta.

There is no denying that more and more browsing is being done via phones and tablets, and we have for a long time felt that our page was less than optimal for such an experience. To improve on this we are proud to show off our new responsive design, that should scale seamlessly from phones to tablets, and even the desktop at some point if we like the way it is going.

To try it out yourself simply browse to HLTV.org from a mobile device, and it should be on by default. There are links to the desktop site from the mobile site, if you feel it is too constricted, or does not offer the features you currently use.

You can also preview it from your desktop browser right here, but beware that it will set a cookie, remembering your option. To revert back to the desktop page you will need to press "desktop site" on the mobile page.

We are aware that many features are still lacking, and we will be bringing some over as time permits, but we felt it was complete enough like this to get it in beta, and to get some initial feedback.
