New Norwegian Team Formed

A new interesting Norwegian team has been formed. cbteam consists of former MYM and Team Convention players.

It's some of the five finest Norwegian players that have formed cbteam. The team aims to conquer the throne of Norway - and with the lineup they can present, it surely doesn't seem impossible. cbteam is:

Norway Sondre "REAL" Svanevik
Norway Mats "noLA" Nygren
Norway Lasse "stingeR" Midtstue
Norway Tommy "syrtekz" Skoglund
Norway Preben "prb" Gammelsæter

The team is currently looking for an organization that fits to their ambitions. Rumours have it that cbteam will play Counter-Strike: Source in order to attend CGS. To Catch-Gamer, REAL says that the new team will focus 100 % at 1.6 - he does say, though, that CGS is a very interesting tournament and they'll have to consider the possibilities in Source contra 1.6.

With the founding of cbteam, the new ID Gaming surely has a contestant to compete with in the struggle of the Norwegian throne.

As far as the article says there are just a couple of steps (or is it $$$/€€€? xD) away from CS:S, and that some may consider "out of the scene" ::) ;)

Then they should read carn's interview where he states that, according to fnatic, 1.6 still offers more money than Source, in Europe. Though these guys refer to cgs so, who knows.

they are attending Tthe Gathering at least. the prize there is much bigger in 1,6 then Source. so I think that they will make the switch after TG(if the intend to switch)
