3DMAX change raalz for Nille

3DMAX have replaced Rasmus "raalz" Steensborg with Nichlas "Nille" Busk, the team has revealed on their website.

The team has been together in the same lineup since their n!faculty journey, but they haven't been too successful on LAN events.

They qualified for EMS One Katowice as one of the last two teams from the lower bracket of the European Finals. In Poland though, they weren't able to advance from groups following losses to NiP and LDLC.com.

Pimp and gla1ve reunite with Nille

In Fnatic FragOut League, the story was not any different, as they lost two matches in a row, to LGB in the upper bracket, followed by a HellRaisers loss before crashing out.

After an unsuccessful route, Steensborg has decided to step down for Busk, who has been playing with some of the players before in a Western Wolves squad.

"So after a really disappointing EMS, mainly because we lost a match we should have won, we went back home and decided to continue with this project as we agreed from the start.

A few days ago Raalz said that he no longer felt like playing CS on a high level. He didn't wanna spend the time that was needed for this project to become good. Therefore we sadly enough have to part away with Raalz today." Winneche told HLTV.org.

"That forced us to look around for a new player. It quickly became clear who we wanted and therefore we are once again playing with an old and loved mate in form of Nille. He played with MSL, gla1ve and I in Western Wolves and we hope that this change can bring us up another level once again.

We part away with Raalz on good terms, he was honest with us and didn't want to waste our time, and at the same time we got a perfect replacement!"

With the change in effect, the lineup looks as follows:

I never seen the hype that was made of raalz on the predictions for 2014 backed up. Nille is definitely the better placement.

Ralz then aizy imo. But school and CS don't fit as pimp said.

aizy went from being a gather hero to carry Xapso and then he moved to 3DMAX. His career has been really fast and I think he needs some experience from the big events versus the best teams before he will perform at LAN as he does on the internet. No doubt he is a really good player, I think we will see a lot better performance from him to CPH Games :)

Would love to see this team add cadiaN as their main awper. Same as WW but with cadiaN awping instead of Nico, and whilst he isn't as good of an awper, he seems to be very ambitious and a smart guy.

I dont think it's a joke, or I am actually quite sure it is not. dev1ce & cadian (and others) were playing uyR cash tournaments together, and cadian refused to pay his teammates with the reason that he paid the entry fee to the tournament = he could keep the cash. That's what, as far as I know, made dev1ce make the group. I dont think its a joke at all.

agreed. everytime i watch pimp awp he seems really inconsistent with it, missing a lot of easy shots. nico is the exact opposite. he hits almost every shot he's supposed to hit while making it look easy.

Indeed I could. I love all of the guys from the old WW lineup and I'm pretty confident that the feeling is mutual - with that said, it's not very likely that I'll come back to play with them though :)

You'd think people had talked some very basic things through like goals, how much effort and time is needed before they created a clan. And more crucially, that they played for a few month together, in order to make sure the dedication and heart was still present afterwards. To make sure they liked each other, that the team play and their individual play styles worked together, and that everyone liked the way the IGL communicates and so forth, before announcing their clan to the world! What a stupid comment. Do you even know how much time it takes to play for a team like 3DMAX? I guess you dont. Also, they can't live off of cs atm. Have in mind that raalz is a very social dude that likes to have fun going out partying, smoking weed etc. And to top it off, he is attending High School, and probably wanna have good grades. Basically you only have friday/saturday off. And you really want to play these days anyway, since you want to be consident. So please, dont be so stupid.

Wow, so now it's stupid to try and make it work for a while, instead of acting like small kids that can't wait to announce their new team, and get their names on the frontpage of hltv.org. The amount of time it takes to play in a team that wants to be at the top, is irrelevant to when you announce your new team to the world. There is no argument for doing so as soon as possible. On the contrary you just present your lack of maturity to the world, unless it actually works. But history shows us that it seldom does. It's like when crzy announces a new team...no one cares anymore, because his teams have never made any impact in any tournament, and because he creates new teams all the time and you just know that it's a matter of month before there is a roster change. I couldn't care less about this news item for the very same reasons, just like I'm sick and tired of these kids announcing their retirement from CS:GO, and then you see them back after a short time followed by yet another "I'm retiring" message....naturally followed by yet another try at CS:GO.
