FalleN, fnx in KaBuM!

KaBuM! e-Sports have created an FPS team with ex-FireGamers duo Gabriel "FalleN" Toledo and Lincoln "fnx" Lau.

The Brazilian duo have been out of action for some time, with Toledo having been replaced at the start of the year in ProGaming.TD, while Lau was last heard from in July, when he quit Afterall Gaming.

They have now decided to embark on what looks to be a very ambitious project, having created KaBuM! e-Sports' FPS division, which will compete on three fronts: CS:GO, Crossfire and Assault.

Completing the team are Fernando "fer" Alvarenga, formerly of ProGaming.TD, and two up-and-coming players in the Brazilian scene: Henrique "hen1" Teles and Lucas "Lucas" Teles.

"We have created a team who is capable of winning things in more than one game," Toledo told teamplay.com.br.

"We know that has almost never been tried by other teams, and, for that reason, dedication will be key for our success.

"This is a decision that required a lot of thinking, and I had been thinking about this for some time.

"I would like to thank KaBuM for the opportunity and all my teammates, who have accepted the biggest challenge of our careers.

"We will win everything."

we cant know this yet, but fallen and fnx = the best duo in Brazil, hen1 is a very skilled player, remains lucas and fer (they were good, but i didnt saw they playing vs pros, just some mixes)...

honestly, a stupid move to go for 3 games. Why not concentrate on 1 game (e.g. csgo) and become the best at it instead of being just "good" in 3 games. "we will win everything" - ambitious but stupid

I appreciate the optimism. CS:GO needs to grow in South-America and Asia, so any talented team in said continents are welcomed to give it a serious try, regardless of ambitious, arrogant statements.

Playing 3 games at a time is nothing else than a stupid move, sry. You won't get successfull internationally that way. Maybe it's enough for brazil but I highly doubt they will win anything outside of brazil this way...

I dont understand how they can play assault fire and crossfire, both games SUCK so much. They are cheap and disgusting copies of 1.6. 1.6 had old/bad graphics but somehow really good gameplay, assault fire and crossfire have WORST graphics and WORST gameplay.. so wtf?

But they're quite big in Brazil, while CS:GO isn't(sadly).

Lol. I youtube assault fire to see what the game's like and the first thing I see is another CS copy, literally copy paste work with different textures. So depressing to see BS like that being even remotely big in some countries.

The thing is, its not big. They just know how to sell their product. You see, the guys who are responsible for selling AF here in Brazil (Level Up Games, I believe) pay some money for streamers to talk about their shitty game and kids go crazy about it. Then they arrange some official local tournaments, select the best, send them to WCG in China, and there you go, you have more than the CS community had around here in the past 2 years or so. The same things goes for Crossfire and League of Legends. Thats why these terrible games are somewhat successful here.

in my vision is not players fault in most part of it, in brazil we dont have champs of csgo etc...so they have to split between games to make their live, if we had a strong scene they could be a big csgo team. sry if have any english error, xD

brazilian scene is terrible. they will win everything because of that. it's important to say that fer is more skilled then fnx and fallen on csgo, he's a nice player and teammate. hen1 and lucas are two ok players in 1.6, but in csgo i really dont know how good they are. kabum is one of the greatest e-shops here in brazil, so i think the chances to play outside our country is high. wait and see. gl kabum!
