Participants for SEC 2008

Samsung European Championship is once again set to take place during CeBIT. More than 30 different European nations will be attending this years SEC, all competing for the total prize purse of 100.000$.

Different from last year, only 16 teams will be attending the tournament this year. Meaning nations like Norway and United Kingdom won’t be represented at the event.

SK Gaming will not have the chance to defend their title from 2007, as fnatic has been decided to represent Sweden. On the WCG Europe webpage, the runner up from last year from Poland only consist of loord, but eventually Poland should be represented by MYM.

The event will take place from 6-9th of March, so make sure tune in and watch all the action here on HLTV.org.
