StarSeries IX day 2 top performers

With day two over at the SLTV StarSeries IX Finals in Kiev, we've put together more pictures to showcase the top performers so far.

In case you missed yesterday's feature, you can find it here. The second day saw two more series take place; Natus Vincere overcame Titan, and NiP knocked Virtus.pro out of the tournament.

To highlight the best individiual performances of the day, Petar "Tgwri1s" Milovanovic has went deep into our statistical database to look for numbers that aren't visible to the public.

https://img-cdn.hltv.org/gallerypicture/tjgNOSnubTJ62Cf8cj4KFs.jpg?auto=compress&ixlib=java-2.1.0&q=75&w=800&s=e2dd2c101028850bf258051144dd8a09

Despite losing both maps they played, Titan's Adil "ScreaM" Benrlitom tops the charts for day two in Kiev. He's been in great shape, and he played even better than on day one.

Worth noting is especially Benrlitom's incredible headshots per round number. He hit 0.81 headshots per round, more than twice as many as the next person, and enough to already have a very good KPR without any body kills.

Notably Filip "Neo" Kubski was the day's best entry fragger, and Na`Vi's Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács was once again the best sniper. Kubski also shared the title of day two's best cluthcer with teammate Janusz "snax" Pogorzelski.

Although his statistics for the event as a whole are still below his career levels, Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg seemed to wake up today, and he played a part in 71.4% of NiP's rounds, and was the third best rifle fragger.

https://img-cdn.hltv.org/gallerypicture/v9EBuFPkWTVpypwzmQiJZS.jpg?auto=compress&ixlib=java-2.1.0&q=75&w=800&s=9502ed035bf93c21acf13087bd2faf55

As you can see, all of Natus Vincere are very close to each other in rounds they've gotten either a kill or an assist on, ranging from 71.9% to 75% between all five players.

Sergey "starix" Ischuk and Danilo "Zeus" Teslenko top the chart at 75%, and if you include rounds they've survived, Ischuk's number jumps to a ridiculous 94%, or 30 out of 32 rounds.

https://img-cdn.hltv.org/gallerypicture/_jaZQ2b9-_3koPndvGwshK.jpg?auto=compress&ixlib=java-2.1.0&q=75&w=800&s=39fdb1b89a653b2326c7349c1556b336

For NiP there's a whole lot more variance, and interestingly enough, it is their number one star Christopher "GeT_RiGhT" Alesund who is at the bottom with 59.5%. Adam "friberg" Friberg played a part in most of NiP's won rounds.

It's understandable the Ninjas aren't as even as the CIS-based team above, as they played a much closer series that also included a lost map. Still, they got the job done against the world's number two team.

https://img-cdn.hltv.org/gallerypicture/v-CAsfHKh3FFa2sXPQ01Hk.jpg?auto=compress&ixlib=java-2.1.0&q=75&w=800&s=86e1a90f9b56fc987d7d2bf4cce78344

Finally, we have also put together a combined statistical overview for the first two days in Kiev. You can take a look at it yourself to find out who are the event's top performers so far.

SLTV StarSeries IX Finals will continue at 14:00 with NiP versus Titan, which we've posted a preview for here. The grand final, which will feature Na`Vi, will begin at 18:00 .

ScreaM showing his form from last fall. If he keeps this up, he could easily become the best player in the world.

It is so weird how ScreaM has like 20-25% higher HS than the 2nd best HS player. Like, unreal. You would think that best players in the world the difference could not be that much. I guess there are some other players in Top 10 teams who are closer, but even still.

Yea, there is a great chance, but the question is when cause it's gonna be hard to code that as well as many other things we want to add.

HS is not important. scream was really strong yesterday. but he is always partcular about headshot so not stable. In my opinion Scream isn't the best aimmer but the most headshot lover.

Yesterday, he makes HS and he makes lot of important kill. He won a lot of round by himself. He has clearly his best aim, and form at the moment. Dont always focus at his HS pourcentage, he really did a great job but he was alone..

But no matter how he's playing (good or bad), no matter if his team is winning or losing, he ALWAYS has the highest hs% rate, that's quite hard to explain.

"Maps above 1.00 rating and team avg" How it comes Guardian has 88 % when he played only 4 maps? Or pasha's 90 % when he played 5 maps? or am i missing smthng?

4 maps yes, but to be above 1.00 rating and also have rating above team average is 8 things, and Guardian has 7/8.

ouuu, thats a very bad way of putting the statistics :) you should make them seperate or make it "if+if". That sentence "Maps above 1.00 rating and team avg" is not correct in the way you put the statistics. My english is too poor to show you what i mean, sorry for that :/

Can someone tell me how hs stats are calculated? Are headshots just headshots or headshot kills? Is headshot percentage calculated as headshot kills/total kills or headshots/total hits?
