ESEA playoff schedule released
ESEA have announced the playoff schedule for each of their European and North American divisions that are played out online.
European playoffs kick off for the Intermediate division on May 18 with Open one day behind. The former will see its grand final take place on June 10, while Open is scheduled to finish on June 19.
In the table below, UR is short for upper bracket round, and lower bracket round is abbreviated LR. Each division's playoffs is played out in a double elimination bracket.
Playoffs for the Open division feature 32 teams, while just sixteen teams in the Intermediate division have made the cut for postseason in ESEA League Season 16.

For North America the schedule is fairly similar, with Intermediate and Open starting on May 18, and Main on May 22. Finals for each three are held on Thursday June 12 through June 19.
Due to the larger number of participants than in Europe, in North America the playoffs are larger. They feature 64 Open teams, 32 Intermediate participants and eight teams from Main.

Matches have to be played within 24 hours from the scheduled time, a day before or after it, which by default is 20:00 for Europe, and 04:00 for North America.
ESEA have already announced their Season 16 Global Finals, which will feature four European and four North American CS:GO teams competing for a $47,500 prize pot on June 27-29 in Dallas, TX.
