SK reveal new CS:GO team

SK Gaming have announced that they have completed the signing of Team4Balkan.

SK had been quiet on the CS:GO front since December following the breakup of their team in the wake of a disappointing campaign at DreamHack Winter, where they came in last of their group.

With Dh Summer in mind, the Germany organisation decided to go back in business and secured the services of the former Property team, who had recently been playing under the name Team4Balkan.

Not all the players from the old Property team made the move to SK, though, as Christian "Spitfire" Schiölde and Jerry "xelos" Råberg are nowhere to be seen, while Joel "emilio" Mako, who recently attended Copenhagen Games with the Lemondogs mix, has been brought in.

"It feels great to once again be back in SK Gaming," Faruk "pita" Pita told SK's website.

"I had a great stay here last time and I'm looking forward to representing this organization and its sponsors at the best possible level.

"With SK Gaming we get the support we need in order to be able to fully focus on our performance. I want to give a big shoutout to Alexander for bringing us in, and also the sponsors of SK Gaming who believe in us! We won't let you down. Thanks!"

SK's CS:GO division consists of the following players:

My point is that SK are again trying to convince themselves that picking up Swedish players and trying to make a team out of them will somehow work. It didn't worked out for the first time, there's a chance it won't work out now Players you mentioned above were individually talented/proved players. The only team right now with that status is ex-LGB. And guess what, SK won't invest in them because they're rather gamble than spend money on a good team

Don't understand why they would settle for this team when clearly they are as an organisation one of the biggest in the world, if not history. I mean, the heaton, potti, ahl, fisker, spawn/element lineup was top tier, the walle, Robban, zet/spawn, allen, tentpole was also great, and then the last get_right, f0rest, robban, delpan, moddii team was great. Now they got pita. Good heart, but not what SK needs.

SK has so much tradition on counter-strike, their CS squads always have been top tier teams. These five guys certainly won't fight for trophies, I don't even see them as a top 10 team. And that's a TOO LOW standard for a SK CS lineup. Not to mention that there were at least three beter lineups that they could have signed.

Unfortunately it's not that easy as it might seems. It's not like everybody is willing to play for us. Besides that, I don't see anything wrong with this lineup. As I said, all of them are already well known in the world scene and were playing for big names in past. Give us time!

I didn't even knew you were part of SK team... now I saw that you was the guy that announced this news on SK site. Anyway, it's hard to believe that not everybody is willing to play for the mighty Schroet Kommando. Even more if you think that there are very good teams playing under 'friend tags' or very small organizations.

Guys, you must understand that SK Gaming as organization more focus on League of Legends,because that game brings them more money than any other.. so i think that this is the mainly reason why they selected some team which is top15 in the world and didn't team which is top5 in the world..

I think something big is coming up soon. SK gaming came back, CM players decided to leave the org supposedly for another org(maybe much larger than CM) and the formation of "LeftoverZ", a Danish superteam. There might be a large tournament being announced soon, maybe even bigger than DHW and EMS Katowice. Hopefully I won't be totally wrong about this.
