LDLC.com to skip DH Summer

LDLC.com will not be able to attend this year's DreamHack Summer event, the French team have told HLTV.org.

As one of the top four finishers of Copenhagen Games, LDLC had been widely expected to receive an invite to attend the Swedish event, which will feature a CS:GO tournament with a prize pool amounting to $30,000.

Yesterday, DreamHack announced that Nameless would attend the event, with the former Clan-Mystik side joining fellow countrymen Titan on the participants' list.

apEx has exams coming up

However, that should be about it as far as French teams are concerned as LDLC.com have confirmed that they will be forced to skip the event due to Dan "apEx" Madesclaire's university commitments.

"Unfortunately, we won't participate at Dreamhack Summer because of my exams," Madesclaire told HLTV.org.

"We are really sad about it, we miss Sweden a lot!"

Before the end of the week, DreamHack will announce the names of the remaining three CS:GO teams that will be invited to attend the event.

Well, for the winner prize is barely anything if u need to travel 5 players and pay hotels and such for the sponsors. So get a bigger prizepool and we will see more teams.
