TEAMGLOBAL pull out of DH Summer

DreamHack has announced that TEAMGLOBAL have pulled out of the upcoming Summer event.

Earlier on Thursday, the Swedish team had been left with a four-man roster following Freddy "krimz" Johansson's departure, which was motivated by the uncertainty surrounding the squad and the lack of financial conditions.

With only a couple of days to go before the start of the event, many thought that TEAMGLOBAL would not be able to attend DH Summer, something that has now been confirmed by the organisers of the Swedish event.

"First of all I want to apologize for skipping DreamHack this close to the tournament," Olof "olofm" Kajbjer told HLTV.org.

"When dennis first left we could not think of any players who could replace him who were "free agents", so we decided to go with Spitfire as a stand-in for DreamHack, but then something come up for him so he couldn't go and then we brought pyth in.

"Then just a few days before DH krimz decides to take a break and with so many people quitting and things messing up with the organization we feel like we are too unprepared and have got a big blow to our motivation."

Replacing the former LGB side in Group D will be a team coming from the BYOC qualifier, meaning that there will be three spots up for grabs in this tournament.

The winner and the runner-up of the BYOC competiting will be placed in Group D, alongside Na´Vi and AliGon, while the third-placed side will be put into Group C, together with Titan, HellRaisers and Reason Gaming.

he dont even have a team anymore dude.And if u know olofm in 1.6 times he was a guy with pretty bad attitude and was inactive almost all the time(not playing seriously etc.) despite he was really good.

doubt that.fnatics playing so bad right now so there could be reinforcements there soon.I cant see 2 good free agents in sweden for team global + without orga will be pretty hard.

there are none, Flipsid3 pretty much, which says a lot about it :/ they should move a team into group 3 and invite some more teams instead, this sucks :(
