Virtus.pro through to playoffs

Virtus.pro survived SK's scare 16-12 on de_train to top group B, while fnatic beat London Conspiracy 16-4 on de_mirage to send them home.

After SK managed to upset fnatic, their next mission was to take on Virtus.pro on the first de_train of DreamHack Summer. As the Poles started on the more favorable side, the score after halftime stated 13-2.

A lower attack in the pistol round was unsuccessful, but the second round helped them delay VP's win by nine rounds. The SK representatives were too much behind though, as the Poles found themselves victorious at 16-12 in spite of heroics from Faruk "pita" Pita and Mikail "eksem" Bill.

London Conspiracy found themselves in another uphill battle after losing to VP, this time being up against fnatic on de_mirage. They only managed to take three rounds as Terrorists, which was soon turned into a 4-16 loss.

NiP asked cENTRYZ to replace Fifflaren but he refused. According to the norwegian player, he was too busy trying to get the first comment in every news.

I think both NiP and VP are in worse shape if you compare with CPHGames for example

Loosing 12 rounds but still win=not in shape, shit team, disband - dat hltv logic

I don't say they're shit or disband, they're not prepared as for bigger event. Still NiP is 1st and VP right behind them.

I wouldn't say so after one "bad" performance. For me they are still clear favorites to make finals, especially because dignitas/ldlc refused to attend.

just think man, how does it look of opponents.. 16;2 or 16;12... They just won't ban DE_TRAIN against VP which is huge for them.
