ID Gaming cheated by manager
Just three weeks after the old German organization ID Gaming was awakened and turned Swedish, its end has now come.
It's sad news but none the less the truth. Three weeks ago, one of the teams which were signed by the organization was the Norwegian top team unsterblich. The players have, however, been cheated and tricked by one of the Swedish managers behind the organization, Deko.
The situation, which lead the thoughts back to Blue-Fox's scam with Spirit of Amiga back in 2003, comes at a bad time for the team that has been waiting to participate in the Counter-Strike tournament of The Gathering. The sponsorship money from Titan Poker, which was going to be spend on flight tickets to the event, has been taken by Deko and one of his friends. Though there was a contract between the team and Titan Poker, the players hadn't signed a contract with Deko. The signing was meant to happen at The Gathering.
The team has, however, given Deko an ultimatum. If he doesn't return the money to the team, they will take the case to Swedish court.
With the ending of ID Gaming, the following five players are currently without an organization:
Thomas 'Azid' Heltne
Kristoffer 'PAH' Røgeberg
Tommy 'tacky' Mosvold
Tormod 'torri' Hetland
Thomas 'KRAPYL' Ovesen
