P. Dynamics comment on cLy ban

Planetkey Dynamics have issued a statement to comment on the VAC ban that has been handed to Anil "cLy" Gülec.

Yesterday, the German CS:GO scene was rocked by the news that Gülec, one of the most experienced players in the country, with previous spells in teams like mouz and TCM-Gaming, had been banned.

Later that day, he commented on the matter, stressing that there had been no wrongdoing on his part and that he remained unnaware of what might have triggered the ban.

Planetkey Dynamics' management have now issued a statement about Gülec's ban to reiterate their support for the player and say that they have contacted Valve for more information about this issue.

"Is it not true that cLy was banned from G3 qualifier because of cheating," a Planetkey Dynamics statement read.

"After some discussions with M3lm0th (GFinity CEO), we were informed that our team could participate again and that team had been banned because of a comment on hltv.org.

"We have the chatlog but we dont want to publish that because of data protection. We signed up for the second qualifier as well but we could not take part in it because some guys did not have the time to play on that day.

"We can only mention that cLy is not banned in ESL and that his VAC ban is shocking. In ESL, he always plays with WIRE on and he has performed well on LAN in various famous teams.

"If the ban is justified or not after the latest ban-wave remains unclear, especially because other known players from known organisations were banned as well. We have contacted Valve and we hope for a quick clarification about this.

"As an organisation we will continue to follow this matter closely and we want to emphasize that cLy has our confidence and that of our team, and that we hope this is just a mistake."

Except if he really followed that head through the wall which I don't think he would be stupid enough to do, then just a screenshot isn't proving anything at all... If he just strafed with his crosshair at head-height which any good player can do then this is definitely something that can happen to anyone. I'm sure that if you watch a few demos from f0rest or GTR you'd see that as well.

He did, and the suspicious thing is that the T guy was crouching and the crosshair was on his head and not at headshot level. He cheated that match, end of the story.

You know what is subtle cheating? When you're semi-pro it's not that hard to subtle-cheating, just on/off wh when you need info.

If you would watch every pros/semi-pros demo after every game you would find fishy things in every one of them. One weird action is not enough to say someone's cheating.

That one "fishy" thing proved it, why are people so ignorant to that simple fact? I'm sorry but you don't suddenly "move back" to dodge something, while it's mid air, and you can't see it coming. It doesn't happen without cheats.

I don't think he's legit or cheats, I have no idea, could be both. But this sequence doesn't mean anything since it could be a coincidence just much as it could be cheat. If the VAC ban stands he cheated, if VAC did a mistake he didn't, this is what I think.

I don't care about his VAC ban, tbh VAC sucks ass, 99% of the time they don't ban for no reason though, just saying. It does mean something if you're not bad at the game and just have common sense in general. The nade was mid air, made no sound, he wasn't checking B (he made it look like he did, for 1? second) with 2 teammates in B already, yet he did a dodge motion prior to EVER seeing the nade. It's blatant as hell. There is no coincidence here, it is pure blatant.

99%, could you give me those figures, thx. I've been busting cheaters since 1.5, been admin on gaming websites (gamers.nu), cups, servers. I know whats cheat and whats not, this is not blatant at all, this could be cheat and this could be a coincidence. Since there's literally nothing else weird in the video imo I can't say that he cheats.

I'm sure you have, and who are you? if it's your job to catch cheaters then you're bad at it, considering this WAS blatant. I've been playing since the end of 02 or the beginning of 03, have seen many cheaters. There is no coincidence or "this could be cheats" because IT IS cheats. There are quite a few fishy things he does, so please watch it again or shut the hell up. Continue to be bad at catching cheaters.

Get your eyes checked? he didn't check anything, and even if he did, there was a smoke in mid doors. The nade was mid air, no sound was made, yet he dodges it. And it's got nothing to do with reflexes either, because he started dodging before the nade was even seen.

It does look weird but he does the same exact b checking move 2-3 times after the greande comes so he could be doing it regularly and timing just got right. Download any pov demo of any pro player and you can spot a few weird things like this easily.

Yeah but if VAC ban is false positive then video doesn't really mean anything. In theese type of situations innocent until proven guilty approach should be taken IMO The truth will come to light but killing a mans reputation and credibility among community is not something you can just fix later is all i'm saying.

A very good approach from the organization, VAC is really unstable sometime this year there was a ban wave and Valve had do unban people because the bans were free! Hope everything plans out good for both sides!

"We can only mention that cLy is not banned in ESL and that his VAC ban is shocking. In ESL, he always plays with WIRE on and he has performed well on LAN in various famous teams." When will people understand this? performing well on lan doesn't really mean you don't cheat. It's stupid that a CEO believes so, and who knows ? maybe he cheated on lan? didn't f0rest find hacks on his pc?

The sad part is even if he has/can perform well on LAN, why cheat at all online? there is zero justification for it, and it makes no sense whatsoever.

Some people are just like that, they are paranoid the first guy that kills them online they will put it in their heads that he's cheating and just cheat back. And no cLy was never as good on lan as he was online.

To be completely honest, I didn't see the whole video. The nade scene wasn't enough to determine if he was cheating or not it could have been a miscall by one of his teammates you couldn't tell honestly. But he gets big numbers online, things that he can never pull on lan. To be honest that's a big problem in the german scene, they are online 10x better than lan. They should hold more local tournaments if you ask me.

Sorry but there is no call that could have happened for what he did, even if they did call B, which nobody was near B/assaulting it to begin with, he had 2 people there, and he didn't attempt to run to B, he avoided the incoming nade that was mid air, cause he saw it through the wall. It's pretty blatant.

So basically, even though the dirty scum has been caught by VAC they are still ignoring the fact he's been cheating and staying in denial? Guess it doesn't even matter if you cheat these days, you'll still get the benefit of the doubt and be allowed to compete with professional organisations. What an awful influence on the community Pducks are.

I dont think he cheated VS HSBG at that match. There is no obvious reason to think he cheated really.(may be successful at hiding) But i watched 3-4 times his stream at matchmaking.(I also watched lots of pro streams last 15 months like all NIP,Zeus,GuardiaN,NBK,KQLY,n0thing,Hiko,device,pasha,byali,Skadoodle near the whole list..) cLY was the most confident streaming pro at the whole matches. One time cLy scored like 45 or 48 kills at the matchmaking as a score like 15-15(at global elite rank). The other four player total kills was like 40-45 including mouz Tabsen and the other pro german girls. So i mean cLy was the most confident most dominant player at stream i have ever seen. His timings perfect.May be he didnt use aim asistance but i think generally cLy has a great radar or WH. I think he is good player at least Troubley,Tabsen,Legija, asmo without cheats. But using cheats can not acceptable and also disgusting.

Streaming doesnt means that all screen captured what monitor viewing. Some broadcast programs get the video from GPU source directly.Cheats may overlay what GPU proccessed view. As a result you may see from stream everything normal but cheater may playing like sv_cheats 1 and r_drawviewmodel 2(wallhack) Its most likely possible. Note:RIP English.

Dodging nades was so suspicious, have 2 teammates at B, when dodging the nades he looks at B but the 3 looks doesn't even last 1 second so it was only to dodge the nades, also the third one was to make some drama as there were only 2 nades, also in the demo I saw him rushing some places without even checking some important corners which makes it more suspicious, this is only an opinion & hope you understand.

The orga is as pathetic as the players, representing it, are. The story with v3d1m4k was even cooler. Seriously, is there really anyone who questions a VAC Ban ? There were many rumors that cLy was already cheating since 1.6, especially while the time in TCM. But none really gave a fuck about. But I cant really understand why there are trying to make themselve looking more stupid than they actually already are.

Overwatch is ban for matchmaking, VAC is ban because of using 3rd party program for advantage in-game. support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?.. Players are often VAC banned after OW ban.

No, overwatch is convicted by the community, the community decides if you get banned or not, VAC ban is detection of a cheat infraction in your system since the community can't see whats in your system is OW ban and VAC ban are different but end in the same result aka OW ban is not shown on the profile only ingame

its shocking to me how there are so many people still calling him to be "clean". there is a 99.999% chance that he had 3rd party programs on his computer which giving him an advantage ingame, like wallhack or aimbot (RUNNING AND ACTIVE WHILE PLAYING CS:GO, not only for having them on your computer, because vac doesnt ban you then). in addition, he is known as a shady player, always better online than in lan. then we have a youtube video with missing scenes which is a desperate try to hide something (at least to me). the story with the organer on f0rest PC not to forget. for me it was clear after the video that there is something fishy. but now as there is a VAC ban in addition, what the fuck do you guys need to be convinced? you guys want to see him using organer in lan? or do you wait for a clear cheat scene? or do you wait for a ESL wire bust? that will never happen, because there are several cheats out there which are "esl wire proven" or "ESEA proven" or whatever proven... just google that shit once. cheating is a fucking BUSINESS, people earn money with that shit, what you guys think??? you will never see this guy running around oneclicking everyone, or see him obviously wallhacking someone. he uses those cheats to have a _little_ advantage, which is nearly impossible to detect. but its still CHEATING and it is still the disease of our community. and you guys cover your eyes and wave him through. shocking is the wrong word for this, it is ridiculous, it is disastrous. peace

"If the ban is justified or not after the latest ban-wave remains unclear, especially because other known players from known organisations were banned as well. We have contacted Valve and we hope for a quick clarification about this." I'm so much gonna look forward to what they will say. If the contact ever was made? :)

"Planetkey Dynamics' management have now issued a statement about Gülec's ban to reiterate their support for the player and say that they have contacted Valve for more information about this issue." Did Valve already respond to the VAC ban? Planetkey Dynamics you have time till 18:00 today. Because with the current situation it's controversial with cLy in the lineup for the "ESL One Qualifier". Nobody will take the match serious and I'm not even mentioned their opponents.
