dignitas to host €950 UK cup

Team Dignitas have announced that it will host an online cup for UK teams with almost £750 (€950) in cash prizes.

Following the success of dignitas' Scan Cup, which was won by the organisation's own team, the UK-based structure has decided to put together a new tournament, which will kick off on Sunday at 14:00 .

This time around, dignitas' Scan Cup will see eight teams from the UK battling it out for the top prize of £500 (approximately €630). The majority of the participants are mix teams, but there will be some well-known players taking part in the tournament.

Dignitas Scan CS:GO UK invitational will use a single-elimination format and will be casted by Henry "HenryG" Greer and Richard Lewis.

Thanks, I really thought I'd just get flamed tbh when I wrote it. A couple, there is the talent coming through but there are a LOT of good UK players that are doomed to MM because they have no "next step" to go to to form a team. No problem, keep it up. There seems to be more interest now in the UK scene though, and with the help of betting a lot of the UK matches get more exposure. It's also nice to see that leagues like ESL is really stepping up now and creating ladders and cups in a lot of different countries.

Again, if they had made contact with someone I am sure they would have been considered. The Gfinity qualifiers last week are probably the best they could go off.
