FlipSid3 Tactics bring in Spitfire

FlipSid3 Tactics have announced via their website that they have replaced Jacob "pyth" Mourujärvi with Christian "Spitfire" Schiölde.

Created less than a month ago with some of the best players in the Scandinavian scene who were free agents, FlipSid3 Tactics failed to meet expectations in their first tournament as they were eliminated in the ESL One Cologne 2014 Open pre-qualifier in the quarter-finals coutesy of a 0-2 defeat at the hands of ENCORE.

In the last couple of weeks, FlipSid3 Tactics have been under the radar, preparing for the events ahead. However, it was decided that a change was needed as the team still was not ticking all the boxes.

Spitfire has found a new team

Christian "⁠Spitfire⁠" Schiölde, who has been without a team for more than two months, has now been recruited, stepping into the shoes of Jacob "⁠pyth⁠" Mourujärvi.

"With a few weeks of practice and an event under their belt, the team felt as if their playing styles did not quite line up for the future goals of this squad," a statement issued by FlipSid3 Tactics reads.

"After much internal discussion amongst the team and staff, it was decided that a roster change was necessary for the future success of this team."

FlipSid3 Tactics now have the following CS:GO division:

He will surely bring some stability and maturity to that team, something they needed from the beginning! As we all know, pyth's personality is not the best, so I think he must change his attitude a bit to fit into a team. Everyone loves pyth, but he is so overrated by the community. Just by reading your comment I noticed that you have no clue about how competitive CS works, how a competitive team works and what a team needs to succeed. And I can notice that you are one of those pyth fanboys who thinks he should be in NiP. He's probably a good guy but his personality doesn't allow him to fit into a serious team, that's why he's famous for playing in mix teams. Back to the topic: Spitfire and pyth are 2 different players and F3 will most likely benefit from that change because they needed someone with a lot of experience in the game and someone who can bring stability to that talented core. And Spitfire is not bad, he's intelligent and he can frag pretty well if you ask me, so YES, i consider him a better player overall. TL;DR - YES! sorry for my shitty english ://

you came in to bad conclusions from a few words i posted, but i respect that you try to have a discussion on hltv. I understand that teams rely on chemistry to succeed, but its hard to build it up when changing members so frequently. spitfire is a unseen card and pyth is known to be a reliable player. thats why i am unsure of this decision. but as spectators we have no idea what goes on behind the scenes, on mumble etc. i hope it pans out. more competition = better for the community. btw. not a fan of pyth. im finnish so swedes are the biggest rival.

hmm i see, imo i was never that good individually in lemondogs, and you can ask around about the interp thing and you will prob get alot of people telling you that i never used it :P also the first time the lemondogs lineup failed was at mad catz vienna at that time i wasnt part of the team. but thx for your input!

People were saying that about KennyS for a while. Maybe he just needs to find the right group to work with.

Because kenny was young and he was a trash, getting kicked from a top tier team and playing with lesser skilled teams taught him his place and to change his behaviour and that no matter how good you are, if you are an ass, you won't be around long and this guy wants to shine badly so.

If every team is kicking pyth then its pretty obvious something is wrong with his personality. Good player but it seems like no-one can stand him for too long. Its also funny that moddii has a reputation for being hard to get along with yet pyth is the one who gets kicked.

He did wreck other teams when he stood in with NiP earlier in the year. KennyS spent a few times in and out of VG/Titan before finally clicking with them. It might just take some growing in maturity on pyth's part.

haha nobody can get alone with pyth? First it's LGB, they wanted to disband and join other teams instead of going ESL Cologne with pyth. Then, it is AliGon, Delpan kicked pyth out. and now... even F3 can't let pyth stay haha maybe it is really pyth's personal problem...he needs to rethink about this
