Ninjas in Pyjamas are the new Casekings of the Hill following a 2-0 victory over mouz (16-9 on de_overpass and 16-10 on de_dust2) in the final of the fifth edition of the tournament.

Due to the fact that iBUYPOWER, the last winners of the tournament, are already back home after attending G3 and ESL One Cologne, four teams, instead of three as usual, took part in CKoTH #5 to determine who would walk away with the title of Casekings.

Fresh off winning $100,000 in Cologne, NiP got off to a good start and beat ENCORE on two maps, the second of which went to overtime, while mousesports were made to work hard to defeat London Conspiracy 2-1 after falling behind on the first map.


friberg in great form against mouz

mouz gave a good account of themselves against NiP, but not even an in-form Chris "⁠chrisJ⁠" de Jong was enough to prevent the Swedish giants from securing a victory on two maps. Adam "⁠friberg⁠" Friberg continued his rich vein of form from Cologne and topped the scoreboard on both maps, getting a staggering 51 kills to his name.
