New patch slashes Breakout price

The latest update for CS:GO addresses performance issues associated with the scoreboard, disables the 'kill' command in matchmaking, and cuts the price of operation Breakout.

Following last week's update, many players found their frames per second dropping by as much as 50% when opening the scoreboard in-game. This issue, along with a few bugs related to radio commands and player call-outs, have been fixed.

The price of admission for operation Breakout, which is set to end on October 2, has been slashed by 85%, and players can no longer commit suicide by entering the 'kill' command into console during competitive games.

The full patch notes can be found below:

- Updated a large number of systems necessary for the Linux client.

- “kill” command is no longer possible in competitive matchmaking matches ( except during warmup).

- Fix for CTs not speaking their radio lines when throwing an Incendiary grenade.

- Voice status text now shows the player location for teammates.

- Radio command location text is now colored in chat.

- Planted bomb status now displays for spectators.

- Improved some inventory, inspect and economy audio feedback.

- Improved performance in some cases where avatars and “Display” items are displayed.

i watched him doing overwatch once, i was was a bit "wtf'ed" in the end. the guy was walling, guess most could see that. anders decided on aimbot, wallhack, other hacking AND griefing. i thought overwatch will determine ur overwatch-rank by the accuracy u have doing overwatch-cases. if the majority would decide like anders, wouldnt it "kill" my accuracy when i only see a wallhack at all? i even wrote in chat that i dont see an aimbot/trigger, few people agreed to me, some said i must be the biggest moron on earth. but his aiminmg wasnt that special. i would do sicker shots than him having a wallhack, since i dont need to aim anymore: align crosshair and "headshot" - no aimbot needed? in addition to that its 16tick demo, so how the fuck would u see a triggerbot here?

very true ive played 1.6 for so many years on public servers and catching a cheater is very easy it should definitely not depend on your actual rank, but rather hours played competetive matches (keep current reqs)

I think it works like that right now. Still not perfect though, if you're playing in a lower skill group than you should (crappy teammates, smurf accounts etc.) you will be bound to get false positives.

If u are good, u can win a game on your own, basicly with no team help, if Global would enter your ranked game on mm with some low ranked friends, I bet he alone would win it, and u will have the frags only for killing hes friends who are low ranked, because they are bad and are being boosted. So that dosint make u better then Global. But keep dreaming, maybe one day u will get on globals bad day ... Plus, there are a lot of boosted globals who are not even near that rank, and when u beat them u think u are better then global ?

I've seen professional players who are LE, MM skill means absolutely nothing, i've got about 35 kills vs supremes before, does that mean i would get 35 kills against people like Hiko, Happy and Xizt who range between supreme and global? Obviously not.

So true brother, a lot of people think a rank determines the skill u have and it dosent work that way. So yea just cause u might be ranked as a supreme does not mean u will play at the same level as these pro players. Ranks say "u fall under this category of players" nothing else.

I have outplayed lots of people with wallhack, you just have to prefire, flash and fake peaks behind the wall. It isn't easy, but when you're at a level that you consider yourself good, you can do it.

2 min roundtime and 45 c4 timer is not official and not for competitive play. As competitive mode the timers should be same that is used is pro competition.

There are different cheats that could exist in DotA2 if Valve didn't have all the info on the server side. Maphack - You get a fully revealed map displaying the enemies position. Full hero info - You can see the enemies inventories, gold status, and what skills they have selected. These are just two cheats that I could think of right now.

Well if you haven't bought something then obviously not. If you've purchased something then it'll be in your history. You can't claim for something you haven't purchased. A couple of times I've forked out a decent amount for games before either a random sale or X-mas deals etc. They're more than willing to put the difference back into your Steam Wallet if you paid more than the sale price.
