ESEA to host ESWC qualifier

ESEA will host an European online qualifier for the ESWC finals, HLTV.org has learned.

After hosting three different ESWC qualifiers for female teams, ESEA will now focus on the male scene, and host, just like it did last year, a qualifier for teams without a national tournament in their country.

It is still unclear when this European qualifier will take place or the number of spots at the ESWC finals that will be up for grabs as details are still being ironed out.

fnatic came out on top of last year's ESWC qualifier hosted by ESEA after beating fellow Swedish countrymen highgrade 2-0 in the grand final of the tournament.
