HLTV.org live from Milan

HLTV.org is present in Milan, Italy where the FACEIT League Season 2 Finals will take place this weekend.

A rocky start hit the event in Milan, Italy as internet issues coupled with the CS:GO update last night saw problems arise with servers and players being unable to set up early on.

According to the organizers everything was tested yesterday, but on the opening day they were hit with these problems. The server adminstrators and everyone in the organization are trying to get things started as soon as possible, and as of now the internet is working and servers are being re-set up.

ReDeYe and SirScoots are eager to start

Currently LDLC and Cloud9 are warming up on stage, while fnatic and dignitas are in the backstage area ready to start their match as soon as possible.

An update to the schedule was made to try to make up for lost time, which will see teams play both their group stage matches against each other consecutively, instead of having another match set up. Also, two of the double-headers will be moved to tomorrow, Virtus.pro vs. Cloud9 and iBUYPOWER vs. dignitas*.

why do the event in italy at a game expo?

why they are playing 2 matches in a row? i mean for example - 15:30 Virtus.pro vs. LDLC - 16:45 LDLC vs. Virtus.pro Why C9 isn't playing at 16:45 then? Lol

I don't understand how valve always comes to the decision to release an update right before or during a lan. Have all week to release the patch and their are no lans most weekends. Yet they still manage to release an update for both cevo and now faceit within a couple week period.
