Spencer "Hiko" Martin talked to HLTV.org after Cloud9's much-needed de_cache win over Virtus.pro, about the match and their preparation going towards ESWC.

Cloud9 are now sitting at second place of group B after defeating Virtus.pro 16-11 on de_cache, while they are up against Virtual Impact as of this moment.

Spencer "⁠Hiko⁠" Martin told us his point of view on the match, Cloud9's ability to adjust to what they saw at FACEIT League Season 2 Finals, the team's preparation in between the LANs and more.

Next up on the list is one of the teams from group A fighting for a place in the playoffs, so stay tuned to HLTV.org for more coverage of this year's Electronic Sports World Cup.

There's 24 teams, making a losers bracket would be ridiculous and never ending. If you watched sports you would know that every group stage tie breaker is determined by head to head and goal difference/round difference. If c9 really deserved to go through then they could have just played a better game vs LDLC.
