markeloff: "I didn't expect much"

We sat down with Yegor "markeloff" Markelov, whose HellRaisers suprisingly topped group C despite losing to Copenhagen Wolves in the second round of matches.

HellRaisers have seemed shaky at best after their close win with Platinium, followed by a poor performance against Copenhagen Wolves. Despite that the team managed to win all of the remaining matches and ended up sitting on top of Group C.

We had Yegor "⁠markeloff⁠" Markelov in the spotlight to talk to us about HellRaisers' preparation, each of the matches, other groups' results and expectations going into playoffs.

Even though we know all teams going through to playoffs, there are still some matches left to be played and we have more photos coming into the day two gallery, so keep your HLTV.org tab open while the day is coming to a close.

I bet his manager told him that it was an unprofessional move and that it shouldn't happen again. The point wasn't that pros are always professional. The point was that pros try to be professional because it's expected of them and it's their job, while amateurs can say what they want because their jobs are not on the line.

How HR is first on group RD +22, Titan +31 and second? o.O i know they beat Titan but C9 also beat VP and go home

yes cause in group with VP C9, 3 teams have the same w/l score (VP/C9/LDLC) but in group C there was no such situation where 3 teams have the same points and the direct match Titan vs HR was won by HR;)

if it's a two-way tie like in hr-titan then head to head matters, when it's a three way like ldlc-vp-c9 it's RD based :>
