EPS Winter reaches group stage

EPS Germany Winter 2014 has reached the group stage, with eight teams having been drawn into two groups.

With the five EPS cups now behind us, the eight teams with the most points have made it to the group stage, which will use a double-elimination format.

Defending champions Planetkey Dynamics, who recently replaced Anil "⁠cLy⁠" Gülec with Alexander "⁠alexRr⁠" Frisch, have been drawn in the same group as mTw, Playing Ducks and myKPV.de. In the other group, Chris "⁠chrisJ⁠" de Jong's mousesports have been drawn alongside ALTERNATE, PENTA Sports and dotpiXels.

The top two teams from each group will progress to the season's LAN Finals, which will be held at ESL's TV studio, in Cologne, on December 13. A total of €7,500 will be distributed among the top four teams.

ESL rules establish that at least 3 members of the team have to reside in Germany for the team to be able to participate in the competition. Therefore your statement in #86 regarding only legija and tabsen living in Germany would still be flawed.

this nationalities are not about the players but about the organisation..and mouz has always been a german organisation therefore playing in the EPS Germany..
