OverGaming confirm xikii capture

The Spanish player had been expected to come out of inactivity after playing for OverGaming in the Iberian qualifier for the ESL Pro League earlier in the week.

In the online cup, OverGaming gave a good account of themselves but fell in the semi-finals against k1ck, who will take on x6tence in the final.

OverGaming have now confirmed the permanent addition of Victor "⁠xikii⁠" García, who will be stepping into the shoes of Borja "⁠GuMmY⁠" González.

"Now I have more flexibility in terms of LAN events and schedule," García told trasgo.net.

"Lack of motivation and monotony made me stop playing competitively, but now, with more motivations, things have changed.

"Even though I was not playing, a friend of mine told me about the possibility of playing with OverGaming.

"This looks like a serious team, who will try to grow and reach their goals with practice. I am thankful to them, because I have regained the motivation I was missing."
