NiP over PKD in Maikelele LAN debut

NiP have taken down Planetkey Dynamics 16-2 on de_overpass in Mikail "Maikelel" Bill's LAN debut with the team.

Planetkey Dynamics won the opening pistol round by attacking the A bombsite, but a triple kill by Patrik "⁠f0rest⁠" Lindberg on the Swedes' partial buy quickly tied up the game.

NiP upper their streak to five rounds in a row before Tobias "⁠Troubley⁠" Tabbert's quad kill round with a one-on-three AWP clutch at the end got the German side their second round.

Maikelele's LAN debut for NiP was a success

From there on out the game was as one-sided as the crowd in Jönköping, as Planetkey couldn't muster another round in the first half, despite two entry kills on round eight.

Following a 13-2 defensive half, NiP won their terrorist pistol round with a bombsite A hit, and two rounds later closed out a win in Mikail "⁠Maikelele⁠" Bill's LAN's debut at 16-2.

These skill differences between teams are so fuckin sad. Was it worth to bring amateur teams in to this level?

na, rather a random map fucking them over in a bo1.. you knew by watching nip knew the map better then pkd, i mean i dont think they would have won, but inferno or nuke would have been a way better pcik

yes but i mean bravado, planetkey, myxmg, esc and flipside those lower tier teams will just get ass raped. Would been different tournament with Titan, Epsilon and Mouz. These games are just too predictable.

you are wrong im pretty sure before the tournament u would say PENTA would get ass raped,too and actually they did not get ass raped and made it to the playoffs - thats why you have to give this teams a chance in order to establish themselves in the international pro scene

Everyone in NiP did great, everyone played like they should have done. Didn't really get why Planetkey's just rushed A 12 out of 15 rounds or something and it didn't work. They just kept feeding f0rest his frags xDDD
