Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács was the last interviewee of day one at DreamHack Winter 2014. He touched on various subjects, such as their matches leading towards playoffs, the playoffs matchups, who he would like to play further on and more.

Natus Vincere were on the verge of getting eliminated from groups, but they pulled through once again after a similar run at ESL One Cologne, this time against Flipsid3 on de_overpass.

They learned their playoffs matchup with dignitas right afterwards, which was one of the topics we talked about with Ladislav "⁠GuardiaN⁠" Kovács, alongside others, including their preparation, other groups' results, the cheating scandal and more.

It's not just about punctuation,it's also about his fluidity,pronounciation and choice of words. His vocabulary is clearly very limited when it takes him about 30seconds to formulate a question. For you it may seem like a 'practically perfect' spoken 'americanese', but for us people actually able to speak 'practically perfect' English, this was far from it.

If you saw the match, both their matchup on mirage and overpass, you would know that they were trying to rely solely on aim, it just didn't work on overpass. On mirage they had 1 tactic on t, which was their typical a smoke. They won the round without casualties. On overpass they were playing idiotic, and that nearly lost them the match. They were probably trying to hide tactics for further games. In the overtime they started to play better though, flipside gave them the first round, and then they performed 2 tactics on t and won the overtime 4 - 0. They didn't even use their 4 molotov, b smoke, which worked on teams like LDLC.

guardian is also a cheater. so is starix, shox, pasha, neo... the list goes on. it's a very sad truth. i sincerely hope valve has something up their sleeves. i suspect it's the reason they took pasha's pc so quickly yesterday. if you understand human psychology, you can understand why they are so silent and seemingly unconcerned about blatant cheating. it's a joke and they're all in on it. probably because of sticker money. as long as you can cheat your way into a major, you're golden.
